This place is hit or miss. Usually it is fine, but today on Yay day 50% off a drink, my order was messed up. I asked for a grande pumpkin Chai latte with no ice. I did not ask for extra foam, but apparently half of the container was filled with it. Iced drinks make me cough, so I prefer them closer to room temperature. I should not have to ask for a redo and do not like wasting drinks if it has to be redone. Also, most of the time I ask for light to no ice, it seems like regular ice or more. This is a busy spot, but maybe the company needs to hire more workers or make sure orders are read carefully. I also wanted to do this order as a mobile pick up. Everything was sold out on it, but when I went inside they had the drinks. Interesting.

Literally the worse Starbucks I have been in. No one greats you when you walk in. The older lady that took my order didn't even say hi. She seemed like I was bothering her by looking at the menu for 30 seconds. Will never be coming back. If you don't like people, don't work in a service job.

It’s a Starbucks. A larger one than some in the area with plenty of indoor seating and tables. Also has a drive thru and outdoor tables/umbrellas.I’ve always had a great service experience at this location & a positive energy. The high school is down the street, so during the school year before and after it may be packed. Also as is usual the morning and evening can be backed up, especially the driver thru.I typically order ahead on the app, and during the busy hours they won’t be taking mobile orders so I go somewhere else. (As we all know there are Starbucks 5 minutes in every direction no matter where you are… so I just go to the one that I can mobile order at.Parking: It gets crazy, but there is always a spot you can reasonably walk to. Sometimes it seems people would rather wait 15 minutes for a closer spot and block traffic instead of just taking a spot with a 5 minute walk. Different strokes for different folks.

I ordered my misto coffee and waited for 20 minutes to get my coffee, they put a sticker on my name to a cup and left it somewhere and when I asked them, they said if I ordered any coffee. Then they started to make it again and found the previous cup and I waited 20 minutes :(

I wish I could give 0stars for service. On 10/31, we went in, there was a cashier with white shirt and black hat. She was very rude, didn’t take the order correctly and then wrong food. Throughout the time we were waiting she kept saying store will be closing soon, felt very unwelcome.

I walked in and decided to use my actual name instead of an Americanized one. I always find it intriguing to see how "native speakers" react to names that aren't typical Westernized ones, and it often leads to interesting responses. Well, this time was no exception. The lady behind the counter, a middle-aged woman, remarked to the next customer in line, "went right over my head." It was quite amusing to hear this comment within my earshot, an apparent attempt to use me as a source of mockery or humor to transition into her next interaction.Mocking customers using anaphoric English isn't acceptable, and I certainly noticed! So, I returned the next day and ordered using my new nickname, "overyourhead." I also spoke with the manager, whom I recognized as the person who had glanced at me after that incident. I intend to continue using this nickname for my orders at this location.Self-deprecating humor is one thing, but it shouldn't involve mocking others. I hope that this individual and the culture that may support such behavior at this location can stop patronizing people in this manner.

Rude employees who say or do nothing when you pull up at the drive-thru except hand you your drink. A little customer service doesn’t hurt you know?

I ordered thru the mobile app and it took more than 20 minutes to get my damn order. Never coming here again. It shouldn't take THIS LONG for 2 damn drinks.

Came in to pick up my mobile order, and not a single person acknowledged me for five minutes. Then once someone finally gave me my strawberry açaí refresher, I noticed they made it completely wrong. It doesn't even look remotely the color of the drink, and it did not include the strawberries it's supposed to include. It tasted like water with a drop of flavoring. There was no point of asking the staff to fix it because they were not attentive and probably would have taken 20 min to fix the drink and I was in a hurry. Will not be back.

i just got scolded by the person at the drive through because I ordered too close to pick up. mind you there were 2 cars ahead of me, no one behind and maybe 2 people inside. when o got to the window they sent a lid to tell me the exact same thing as the girl. duh ? I wasn’t going to post this, well that is until I heard them talking about me. Great hires there at the store. Good job Starbucks.and this all happened at 6:45 in the morning
