I ordered on doordash today, but I didn't receive anything. When I received the drop off message, I opened the door and went out to get it, but there was nothing. I complained to DoorDash, and they didn't give me a refund. I just disappeared 20 dollars today. I'm very angry.

Worst attitude by the women out here!!! Veryyy. Very rude to the customers. Firstly, the lady made my drink totally wrong and she totally overlooked the toppings and it was not at all hot! She showed us the nasty attitude.! its not about coffee its about their behaviour…they dont even realize that its not a free drink!!! and one more lady wantedly cracking jokes with her while we are waiting for the order… get these karens out else no one will even bother to step in here!!!! NO RESPECT! NO PROPER SERVICE! PATHETIC!! store manager- its time for you to get rid these kind of nasty peolle. ask them to sit at home if they hate their jobs!!! I spent $6 and the other lady pretended to fix the drink and when I complained her she is defending that nasty behaviour…but SHE DID NOT! WE HAD TO DISCARD THE DRINK AND $6 was wasted! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
