** THIS REVIEW IS MADE IN REGARDS TO PRE-COVID With my last visit, I am actually such a big fan of the fries. The sizes of the fries are so adorable and it's not too big or too small, unlike other burger places. We got the steak burger meals that came with a double steakburger, fries, 1 side (chili), and a regular shake. The shake came out first (before the chili) when i wanted it for a desert after the meal, but oh well. It was good and was still cold at the end. The chili came with the burger and fries, which i usually expect to come out first, but again, no big deal. Everything was hot and the toppings were all correct. I will definitely be back. Considering all of the options that are available in SJSU's Student Union, Steak 'n Shake is probably one of the best choices. I spent the majority of my semester eating here -- they're milkshakes are to die for. The prices are pretty good given the quantity of food that you get in return.
