She dropped my sandwich and still tried to sell me it... Came by today for a 6in sub. No one was in the store but me. Staff probably did not understand English considering how I asked if she could kindly make me a new one after she dropped my sandwich against her leg and part of the meat hit the floor. As she dropped it, she acted like it was NOTHING and proceeded to ask if I wanted any toppings. What I ordered : - 6 inch wheat bread with roast beef, no cheese, light mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cucumbers, and jalapeí±os on the side Disgusting. Disgusting. Disgusting. Definitely will be a while until I eat Subway, FROM ANYWHERE.

Was disappointed in the customer service. I asked her to cookies along with my sandwiches and I'm pretty sure she charged me for them but failed to put them in the bag. When I got home no cookies sadly I was really looking forward to them

Great hoagies, stuffed full of food, made to your satisfaction. Wraps just as good, if not better. All served warm. Also drinks, chips. Good place to grab a take out snack on-the-go (like Kelly Park next door).

Great subs offered by smiling faces, this Subway has the freshest Tuna meat out of any other Subway in the area and has become my go-to quick sandwich place. I was not a Subway person, but the service at this location is great! Very friendly and attentive staff. Always looks super clean.

Someone right now from 4pm forward didn't want to sell me a coffee, I was at the register waiting, she saw me and went back into the kitchen. Then I went around to tell her I want to purchase a coffee and she told me to wait because she's busy. I waited 7 minutes but decided I didn't want her dirty hands near the coffee cup or lid.

If I can give zero stars I would...tonight's experience was just so horrible. First the lady was either tired annoyed or whatever but she had to ask at least 3x what I ordered right after I told her--then she proceeds to complain to the other chick IN SPANISH about having To serve us late (it was close to 9 pm but b***** it's your job!) I wanted to really say something back telling her I understood Spanish but I bit my tongue. So we ordered a footlong Black Forrest Ham and i kindly asked her to cut it in half Bc the half that's for my daughter only will have certain toppings. She said "what?!" So I asked her again and I've never seen anyone cut bread so dreadfully lol! Anyway, before paying I asked her to please mark which sandwich was for my daughter and we got home And the wrong one was marked. If she had any allergies that wouldve flared up because of her mistake, I would've been more livid. Luckily my Daughter was okay with what was put in it.. Overall, this subway is shitty that employee is rude and doesn't belong at a job facing customers with That kind of attitude.

If you go in and see a worker named Gloria, turn around. Never really had a problem with this location till I came across this worker, I was the only one in the store, she kept slapping everything together, extremely sloppy, kept trying to rush me for my order, had to ask for extra topping because she was so skimpy with the meat. End up burning my bread, wasn't even in the store for more than 5 minutes, just to be rushed out with two sloppy burnt sandwich. Best $30 ever.

Had only one employee working. Service was extremely slow. Online order was not ready as indicated and the employee completely ignored my request when asked to cancel order.
