Ordered through the app because I got emailed a promotion. I pick up my order and they were very rude. I get home to find that they didn’t follow the special instructions for the order and they didn’t put any meat in one of my sandwiches. 13.49 for a sandwich and no meat? I called the store multiple times and no answer.

The reason I rate it a 2 is because since they updated the menu they stopped honoring the new coupons that go along with the new menu. Everytime I order - I get to the checkout point, they try an tell me that the coupon isn't good for that sandwich...and that's a lie! If you read the coupon it clearly states what sandwiches it does not included!!! READ THE COUPONS!!!! ITS NOT THAT DIFFICULT!!! Stop picking and choosing - READ THE COUPON!!!!
