food was bad, order was 100% wrong, workers were clueless and pissed me off. it's hard to piss me off so this was my WORST subway experience. i'd rather eat a food than here again. management should take notes but they're too incompetent here.

I used coupon today, as I usually did before; however, this location did not allow me to order steak and cheese if I use coupon. I said the coupon didn’t show that steak and cheese is exception, and I did use coupon to buy steak and cheese in any other stores, too. They still deny. I ended up ordering meat ball, but the staff gave me little cheese and little lettuce. If they really have concern about coupon and cost, why don’t they just opt out accepting coupon. Providing such awful services and food quantity, they didn’t give me a good purchase experience at all. They are pushing customers out to other stores.

Good for subway. Staccato helpful. Restaurant is clean. Usually participate in national specials. They don't have a bathroom. I will not patronize places that don't allow their patrons to use a restroo.

I recently visited this Subway location, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Upon placing my order, I politely asked the employee assisting me to follow the order as specified. She did not respond and instead packed my order without a word, displaying a noticeably rude demeanor as she handed it over. As I was leaving, I overheard her speaking in Spanish to another customer. That customer later informed me she was commenting on how she wasn’t going to follow the order instructions fully and had intentionally given me less than what I had ordered. She expressed frustration because I had used a promotion through the app. If honoring app-based promotions is a concern for the franchise, I would suggest they opt out of participating rather than allow customers to be treated poorly for using them. This interaction was disappointing and certainly does not encourage a return visit to this location.

This has always been my go to subway and have always find good service but today was horrific. I ordered 4 veggies delight to go and it was 7 pm not even closing time and the person who was helping me started with oh what 4 subway footlong and made face. Started filling the sandwiches as if he was just throwing the stuff in. I literally had to say can you please add little bit stuff. Another employee a girl came in. They started talking in their language she started doing the same and at time both of them were like what do you want in the sandwiches with disgruntled voice and FACE. When I asked for extra sriracha she literally FILLED MY SANDWICH OUTOF SPIT WITH SRIRACHA. This has been my worst experience. PATHETIC, if you don’t want to work don’t get a job and make it worst for other people. I would not recommend this store especially in the evening. Pathetic service

I ordered two veggie patty sandwiches and they gave it to me without the Pattie’s. When I called back to report, the store did not accept my call and the voice mailbox is full.
We ordered 3 Italian bread footlongs with steak and no cheese. Ordering the food was an experience it self as the person making our orders could not spread out anything. He would grab a handful of whatever it was and just dump it onto the sandwich. We ate the sandwiches until around the halfway point where the bread got extremely soggy and mushy. It was terrible. None of us could finish the sandwiches so we went back to the counter and the other worker told us she would remake the sandwiches. She gave us each 6 inch sandwiches after we let her know we all got footlongs and treated us very harshly. To add on the steak in the sandwiches tasted like they had gone bad and all the sandwiches were severely under filled. It was a terrible experience!!!

Had the Teriyaki sandwich! The sweet and savory teriyaki sauce complemented the tender chicken breast perfectly. The addition of crispy veggies and creamy mayo added texture and flavor. The sandwich was fresh and expertly prepared, with a generous portion of chicken. Overall, it's a delicious and satisfying option for those craving Asian-inspired flavors. I'd definitely order it again!

I came in to get a quick sandwich with my significant other The person working there immediately asked my significant other if he was from India. Then she asked me if I'm "una gringa de los Estados Unidos." She asked if we were together.
She began laughing at us and when I asked why that was funny she didn't respond. This is so discriminatory and very inappropriate! I obviously left without ordering anything and will never return.
