Stopped by this Subway recently, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a good experience. The staff seemed to lack passion, service felt rushed and not particularly friendly.
It’s a convenient location, but I hope the service can be improved.

Yesterday, my son, who was coming from Morgan Hill, bought me food at this location around 7 p.m., since I had been helping my daughter move since early in the morning. He kindly brought me a sandwich supposedly of turkey and chicken.

On the first bite, I tasted something very unpleasant, like soap. I thought maybe it was just me, since I hadn’t eaten all day, but after the second and third bite, the flavor was unbearable and I had to stop eating. I called my son to confirm when he had bought it, and it had only been about 20–25 minutes earlier.

I immediately called the store to explain my experience. The employee who answered was offended and rude, instead of trying to resolve the issue. She made me feel as if it was my fault that the food wasn’t in good condition. After arguing for a few minutes, she told me to speak with the owner the next day, adding that she wouldn’t be back until Friday so I couldn’t complain to her directly. Then she hung up on me.

Today I went to the store to talk to the owner. The employees on shift said that no one spoke Spanish and that I would need a translator. I showed them the sandwich, and even the employees refused to keep smelling it because it had such a foul odor. I explained that I hadn’t eaten the previous night because of this situation.

Finally, the owner arrived with a young man who did speak Spanish. I explained what happened and, after he spoke with my daughter on the phone, the “solution” they offered was to refund me the price of the sandwich—but only on the condition that I never return to that Subway again. I felt threatened not only by the owner but also by the employees.

I don’t think it’s fair that, on top of serving spoiled food, they get offended when someone complains, and then ban you from coming back. I told them I wouldn’t return even if they gave me free food for life. I took my refund and left.

Honestly, I would rather go hungry than return to this Subway. Not only because of the poor quality of the food, but also because of the terrible customer service and complete lack of professionalism. I strongly recommend you choose another place to eat.

The worst sandwich I've ever seen prepared. Terrible service. The girl took my order for two breakfasts and the eggs were completely cold, horribly prepared. I would never go back. They need training and do their job with pleasure.

The woman is so rude. I leave the message to cut in three and wrap separately. But She cut in two and didn’t wrap them separately. I told her that I asked for cutting in 3. Then she yelled me “Shut up”.

The guy declined to take Subway coupons that we had and have used in other stores, very surprising and wrong store policies.

There was a lady who came for pick up and she told the subway guy her name, but he wouldn’t give her the order until she told him what was in that order !
This guy working on 6/23 at 8pm will single handedly put this store out of biz

Absolutely terrible experience at this Subway location. The staff at the counter were unbelievably rude. When I politely asked if the sandwiches were labeled so I wouldn’t have to open each one to check, the woman snapped back that I should figure it out myself. Then, incredibly, she told me I was “lucky” to get the sandwiches at that price and actually threatened to call the cops on me—for simply asking a question!

It was clear they had zero interest in honoring promotions, and their attitude made me feel like I was doing something wrong just for ordering. Honestly, I regret tipping them. I will never return to this location, and I strongly recommend others avoid it if they have any other option. Worst customer service I’ve encountered in a long time.

None of the stars I gave are worth the experience.

food was bad, order was 100% wrong, workers were clueless and pissed me off. it's hard to piss me off so this was my WORST subway experience. i'd rather eat a food than here again. management should take notes but they're too incompetent here.

I used coupon today, as I usually did before; however, this location did not allow me to order steak and cheese if I use coupon. I said the coupon didn’t show that steak and cheese is exception, and I did use coupon to buy steak and cheese in any other stores, too. They still deny. I ended up ordering meat ball, but the staff gave me little cheese and little lettuce. If they really have concern about coupon and cost, why don’t they just opt out accepting coupon. Providing such awful services and food quantity, they didn’t give me a good purchase experience at all. They are pushing customers out to other stores.

Good for subway. Staccato helpful. Restaurant is clean. Usually participate in national specials. They don't have a bathroom. I will not patronize places that don't allow their patrons to use a restroo.

I recently visited this Subway location, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Upon placing my order, I politely asked the employee assisting me to follow the order as specified. She did not respond and instead packed my order without a word, displaying a noticeably rude demeanor as she handed it over.
As I was leaving, I overheard her speaking in Spanish to another customer. That customer later informed me she was commenting on how she wasn’t going to follow the order instructions fully and had intentionally given me less than what I had ordered. She expressed frustration because I had used a promotion through the app. If honoring app-based promotions is a concern for the franchise, I would suggest they opt out of participating rather than allow customers to be treated poorly for using them.
This interaction was disappointing and certainly does not encourage a return visit to this location.
