Hours of operation are not correct. Showed up when it says its supposed to be open and all the lights are still off and no open sign.Also address listed seems to conflict what is posted on front of door. Google list it as 1600 when clearly the door says 1554

With a large integrated metal lid, it covers all the food and the customer cannot see the condition of the food in terms of hygiene. I will never go to this store again.

Just ordered online and they forgot the turkey on my daughter's turkey sandwich. she drove back and they look at the receipt and say 'oh, veggie delight. Nope, that was my sandwich and wasn't the same. They finally put turkey on but pretty rude when she had to drive all the way back after I already drove there to get them. Plus my bread was stale on my veggie delight

I literally wanted a foot long and they gave me a 1.09 foot long and it was delicioso! That's service if you're telling me! There was spilled water on the floor and surprisingly my feet got cleaned pretty nice just saying. Even better than I expected. Furniture is super nice love the pure pine splinter chairs my butt needed scratching!

On November 6th 745pm I went to this location and they were cleaning and mopping, gave me dirty looks as I walked in (they close at 830pm). The short, older, chubby hispanic lady was extremely rude for no apparent reason. She kept interupting me and saying "excuse me, excuse me." I was being polite, not yelling or being unreasonable. She got mad at me for trying to use a coupon. She also didnt let me choose my toppings. I will not be returning to this location, I am sure it will be one of the many subway locations closing in 2024.

THERE WAS A RAT IN THE BACK! I was eating my sandwich after it was made and I look over and see a rat run across the floor to the other side of the counter. I was appalled and almost threw up. I threw my sandwich away and left.

They were so rude. I asked for the more bacon and this lady yelled at me for like 45 min Spanish. I left and didn't even eat. Never going here again.

I wanted a sandwich around 9:30am. I was the only customer there, probably the 1st one that day. And the Hispanic lady looked very upset. She got annoyed when I asked her to put less onion lol.

Is mgmt looking at these recent reviews? I had bad experiences the past two times with the two older hispanic ladies. 2 weeks ago I ordered 2 for 1 on the app and went there when I was notified it was ready. I waited for the lady to finish making and charging for the current person and then asked her if she could hand me the order (which was the only order laying waiting on the counter behind her) instead she ignored me and proceeded to to take the next customer while glaring at me. I could understand if the line was long but still takes a second to reach back and pass the bag. Eventually, the other person gave me the order. I regretted adding the tip. This time I went to order in the store and was told neither the Philly nor the Roast beef is covered by the coupon (even though it lists the ones are not covered). I left the store without arguing, ordered those same two sandwiches on the app using the coupon and picked up 15 mins later. Not planning to return to this location for a good while.

Terrible service, very stingy with the vegetables. I got a Spicy Italian 6-inch sandwich. When it came down to add the vegetables, I asked for spinach, and only got about 4 or 5 leaves of spinach. So I asked for more spinach (thinking she would grab a handful) and the woman* helping me actually added ONLY 1 spinach leaf, so I asked for more, and again she did the same thing. This happened 4 times with the spinach and then again when I asked for more jalapenos. What is wrong with this location???*Note that I frequent this location because it's near my work. This was a new, younger employee that I had not seen before.
