Bad customer service, manager is rude and isn't there to serve customers. Food is not clean, you see they definitely have safety issues.

They don't honor the coupons that subway sends to my mailbox every month. They are down the street from where I live, so it is not like I'm out of area. They have a little sign that they put out whenever the coupons are out. They used to not accept the coupons but then came the sign. They will tell you you can't order off the new menu when you order off the old menu they will exclude things like the BMT. Many times I've just paid without the coupon because they discourage the coupon use as much as possible. Are they a Subway franchisee or not??? If they are not they should take down the Subway sign and rename their shop.

This is how much sauce u get if you ask for extra sauce! So pathetic! Wish I opened it in store so I can let them know how I felt! Only one lady is friendly in there.. rest including the owners feel like we HAVE to go there to eat..won’t be going there anytime

I would give this place 5 stars IF the manager weren't always there watching over his workers like a hawk and NOT honoring any coupons whatsoever. He doesn't care if you're a subway rewards member, he won't honor your coupons. The reason they get 4 stars anyway is because it's the cleanest subway I've ever been to. I come here often because it's walkable from home, but clearly the manager knows he's got one of the only fast food options in the area and therefore up-charges for everything and inflates prices. The employees are kind and efficient. No complaints there.
