I’ve been eating here for so long usually 2 to 3 times a week I eat here my lunch since I work in the same area . Today I took the chicken teriyaki footlong and while I’m eating it I felt something so hard while I was chewing , and I took the bite from my mouth and saw a big bone still in the chicken went to the cashier and ask for napkins and I told her I found a big bone in my food and she just said ok . That’s sucks .

If you order online they will put less and less meat. The beast is supposed to be huge but it's less than a club sandwich when you order it here. It supposed to be double chese too. Scammers

The lettuce is always brown. How is this possible? Incredibly skimpy on the sandwich ingredients. Last time I was in there was one employee and a line up of people trying to order lunch. 3 pickles, a few olives, brown lettuce, tomato with green core not removed. Do better.

This place is the worst. I agree with the other comment that they are thieves here. This used to be my go to place if I needed a quick, hassle free sandwich with friendly service. But the owners and all of the workers changed when they remodeled. Now they're rude, don't understand you, and are absurdly skimpy with the vegetables. And when I say rude I mean RUDE. Every other subway gives you a half of an avocado on a large sandwich, this one gives you about a quarter of a half of an avocado now on a foot long sandwich. They decreased it by 75% and still charge you the same! The guy barely covered the bread with old browning lettuce, and tried to get away with putting only 3 little tomato slices on the whole thing. The gaps between the tomatoes were bigger than the tomatoes. So when I got home I looked at the receipt and saw that he charged me extra for a bunch of stuff, so they're padding the receipts as well. This is the only subway around here doing this stuff. They are 100% scamming their customers, it's not right. Don't eat here.

Vegetarian options: The only option if you're vegetarian is just a sandwich with no meat and only veggies.

THIEVES! Ordered online, the hours stated they closed at 9pm. I arrived at 8pm and they said they were closed. I told them and showed them I paid, they said no they were told to close at 8pm. Told by who..?? So I asked for my money back. They said no. So now they basically stole from me, they took my money and did not give me the food. I had to call corporate to put a complain and get my money back, still haven’t heard back. This is the worst place I have ever had the displeasure of going to. Run do not order they will take your money and not give you food.

I placed an order online for pick up but when I arrived they told me they had been ordered to close an hour early. My order was not made but I was charged. The hours state the restaurant closed at 9pm and I placed the order an hour before. Avoid this location.

I walked in and saw a lady who claimed to be the manager walking around on her phone in the seating area. She then proceeded to walk behind the counter after putting her phone away and not washing her hands she started putting cloves on. I asked her if she could wash her hands because phones are gross. She walked over to the sink and wet her hands and half dried her hands. I asked her if soap was a thing. She then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted to buy something to do so or leave. Wow who's hiring these people. You can't be illiterate and nasty ? pick a struggle

I ordered online and got the wrong ingredients in my orders, I went back to have them correct it, then she made new ones, with the wrong cheese.I didn't get an apology, also to go to their location from my house it's 20minutes with no traffic, 1hr and 20minutes of driving just to get the wrong order.If ever you're ordering from this location,make sure you watch the employee that makes it, so you can teach her what goes into your sandwich.I can say she lied on her resume.

Very disappointed bought about $50 the sandwich’s hardly had any meat not much on veggies in sandwich who ever made these sandwiches needs to be retrained or they need a different job very poor sandwichesI’ll never go there again
