Someone could get sick! Went in to get a sandwich at around 12:30pm today and the first thing I asked is if they had Gluten-Free bread and the first cashier looked at me like đŸ€š and said “no, I don’t know what that is”, I didn’t think too much of it but then when it was time to decide on the veggies I saw this and I was immediately concerned and disgusted. I mentioned that the veggies didn’t look fresh and that there weren’t very many fresh options except for the red onions and green peppers that the second cashier just switched out a few seconds ago, then both cashiers proceeded to debate me telling me that it is fresh. I informed them that I had NEVER seen veggies that wilted and brown at any other Subway restaurant before and they continued to debate me. I took my phone out and took picture and that’s when the second cashier said “oh, it’s because there is ice on the containers”. I just said okay but it shouldn’t be brown, then I paid for my sandwich and said thank you and left but I don’t think this store is focused on provide quality/safe ingredients. Do better please before someone gets sick.

I went into this Subway on 8/17 and had one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had here. My partner and I usually come every week because of the two Latina ladies who work there — they are amazing, always consistent, and a big reason we come back.
This time, however, there were two new employees (two Indian ladies), and right away things started off badly. The bread was literally burnt and the whole store smelled like smoke. Then when it came to making the sandwiches, the protein portions were tiny — fine, I let that go — but even the veggies were super skimpy. Honestly, would you eat a Subway with hardly any fillings? Definitely not what I’m used to here.
On top of that, my partner ordered a Chicken & Bacon Ranch and added turkey. Instead of ringing it up correctly, they charged us for a grilled chicken sandwich, extra bacon (even though they only put TWO tiny pieces), and extra turkey (which was barely anything). The total came out to $44.14 — we have never spent that much at Subway for two people.
To make matters worse, I entered my phone number for rewards like I always do, and the cashier told me I wasn’t a member. I asked her to double-check because I know I am, and instead of helping, she completely ignored me, charged us, and handed me the receipt saying, “You’re not a member, download the app” — with attitude, as if I was bothering her.
Honestly, if these two employees are working, we will never come back. It’s a huge disappointment, especially when we know how good the service usually is here.

As soon as I walk in, the lady assumed I was going to use coupon and decided to give me only half the amount of cheese than what was on the menu. I ordered Turkey Titan which comes with 2x cheese but she was only using 1x. Never going back again! And charger extra for paper bag with out asking.

I would never come back here! I ordered a 6-inch bacon sandwich and was shocked to find only ONE piece of bacon inside. Seriously? One piece? When I asked about it, the girl behind the counter told me I could add more — but only for an extra charge. I’ve never had a sandwich with just one strip of bacon and a few veggies for $8.50. Total rip-off. Not worth the money or the attitude. 👎

The service there is bad, felt like I was being rushed while ordering and one of the employees seem not very friendly. Never coming again here.

They overcharge you by charging for paper bags for sandwiches without even asking you whether you need a bag (unlike at a grocery store), even when you have told them that this is "for here." This is a deceptive business practice.

The worst subway in this area as because two of the maxican ladies works there are very hostile and rude. They gossip about you and pretend that the customer might know about it. This was my second time that I have experienced very bad service from the two fat ladies, will never come back again.

Out of all the Subways, these guys do it really well. Staff is friendly. Sandwiches are made well. It’s a Stark contrast from the Subway in Evergreen Square.

The owner of this Subway doesn't honor coupons. Just a heads up. He goes against the fine print from corporate.
