Fast, simple, quick service, nice service, and stuffed sandwhich....everything I expected for a quick Subway lunch. I've been to some subways where sandwhiches are not full enough, workers seem like they don't want to be there, but the Subway at 517 W Capitol Expressway provided excellent service for my lunch break.

I have been here multiple times. Every time I visit I regret. Worst customer experience than any other subway I have been to. The servers are rude, the vegetables are not fresh. They make the worst sandwich. Stay away from this, look for any other subways near by.

They messed up our take out order and forgot to add tuna to our tuna sub! Also very conservative on the veggies…not the best way to save money!

When I was going to subway on Wednesday, it was 8:30 pm and it did not open until it opened a 9:40

First & for most!!!! Nobody greeted us when we entered. The girls behind the counter (older lady and maybe mid 20s girl) seemed so annoyed to be at work. Bathrooms were "out of service", their ice machine wasn't working and their cooler fridge drinks weren't even cold. Lastly, one of the sandwiches we ordered was toasted but the meat was cold!!!!!! We looked closer at the chicken and it was Slimy. Sorry but by far the worst subway I've ever been to!!

Tried this online ordering. In restaurant (loose definition) pick up. Ordered the hot Pastrami and Roast Turkey. Produce was fresh, but there was not a lot of meat in the sandwiches. This Subway is really skimping on the the 'meat'. I'd cross this off the list and go to another Subway in the area.

extremely unprofessional talking about their customers in another language to disrespect them.

One of the workers there, who is pregnant spoke chisme in Spanish. While I was texting my mom she said “my brain was rotting for being on my phone”.. The most rudest service I’ve ever had. The manager should not be hiring pregnant ladies who have bad moody attitudes while they’re about to pop out a football during their shift. Ultimate thumbs down

I was struggling to get my Apple Pay to come up on my phone. She told me they’re closed in 5 mins, ok fair. I walked outside and got my Apple Pay to work. I went back inside but they said they were closed already, despite the open sign being on and door was unlocked. All I wanted was a salad but the manager refused rudely. This was at 8:59 pm. Very poor customer service at this location. I work in the service industry, and that’s just plain bad service, turning away a customer right before closing. Just sharing my thoughts.

My go to place for a quick meal. Never once have I had a bad experience here with either customer service or low of bread or veggies.

It was my first time going to this subway and the employee that helped us was very rude and disrespectful and she is really sloppy, I felt disgusted eating my tuna sandwich because the tuna didn’t feel fresh at all and i got cookies but they were stale and hard i am never going to this subway ever again very dissatisfied????.

Here is a girl who yells at customers for not wearing masks, I went to buy some sandwiches and one of the employees yelled at me, she doesn't seem to know how to use words, excuse me, please, thank you, this is a private business and they have to respect, customers are not told "hey" because they are not your relatives, they deserve to be treated with respect, the next time this happens I will upload it to social networks, I will take a photo of the girl and post it I'm going to upload to YouTube to see if they like being treated the same.

Writing this on behalf of my wife. She went in this morning 10/30/20 @850. The door was unlocked and she went inside. The girl that was working who I have had unfriendly service from in the past saw her walking up and turned her back as soon as she entered the shop. With her back turned to my wife she told her they were closed and wouldn't open until 9:00. My wife apologized and the sandwich maker told her, "You're good" with her back still turned. I believe this employee is a supervisor there. She has an apprentice sandwich maker that can also be rude. I personally went there before because of the convenience but I kept getting horrible service and stopped going. Didn't even go to another subway just gave up on it entirely. She won't be going back either. It's a customer service job. If you don't like interacting with people why are you in a job that requires it so much?
