Tried this online ordering. In restaurant (loose definition) pick up. Ordered the hot Pastrami and Roast Turkey. Produce was fresh, but there was not a lot of meat in the sandwiches. This Subway is really skimping on the the 'meat'. I'd cross this off the list and go to another Subway in the area.
So I went in today to buy my lunch, my son and brother were with me and one of the girls who s pregnant was very rude! She threw the cheese and the meat onto our sandwiches and tossed them to the side. She then asked my son a question with a major attitude and mumbled it. My son thought she asked what he wanted on it and very rudely answered him with ,"I SAID WJST MEAT DO YOU WANT!" I don't even talk to my son with that tone!! Fast, simple, quick service, nice service, and stuffed sandwhich....everything I expected for a quick Subway lunch. I've been to some subways where sandwhiches are not full enough, workers seem like they don't want to be there, but the Subway at 517 W Capitol Expressway provided excellent service for my lunch break.
