I wanted to love it... but there was something about the red fish (tuna? Seasoned salmon?) On top of my Twofer and included in another roll that was not my favorite. I think it was the texture more than anything.

Considering this is a sushi restaurant in California it should’ve been much better. The servers were good although I don’t think they knew what they were doing very well. I asked for a salmon skin hand roll and instead they brought a salmon skin roll. To make it worse most of the salmon skin was uncooked which made the whole thing unpleasant to the point that I only had one or two bites of it and left all the rest. And when I ordered it, I asked if they had shiso or yamagobo...
