I’ve had takeout from here before because my stepson loves this spot, but this was my first time actually eating inside—and unfortunately, it wasn’t a good experience.
We were seated right away and handed menus, but the waiter immediately stood by our table and kept pushing us to order. We had to tell him we needed a minute. Once the food arrived, the vibe got even more uncomfortable. Several staff members, including the lady at the counter and three male waiters, just stood around staring toward the dining area. From our table we could also see into the kitchen, and even the cook was standing there with his arms crossed just looking out. It honestly felt awkward, uncomfortable, and a little creepy to eat like that.
My wife had mentioned before that they charge extra for takeout and automatically add fees, so I paid close attention when we got the bill. At first they didn’t even offer a receipt—I had to ask for one. When I checked it, there was a $2.75 “service charge” added on top. For the level of service we received, that didn’t feel right at all.
Overall, the food might be fine, but the dine-in experience and customer service at this location were not good. Definitely not a place I plan to return to.

They brought out the food, and the first thing I noticed was a small strand of hair sitting right on top of the carrot. Instantly, I lost my appetite. I removed it and forced myself to eat anyway, only to find yet another strand of hair—this time on the beef. On top of that, the workers and the workplace were very unhygienic. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the lady at the front didn’t seem to care about customer service. I thanked her twice, and she just completely ignored me. Lol, won’t ever come to that trashy place again.

There are many TK Noodle all over the Bay Area but this is one of my favorite location in the San Jose Area. Located in Capital Square Mall, this TK always super busy especially during Lunchtime and weekends. Good thing there are plenty of parking and seatings available. Love the noodles Soup here, especially in this Rainy Cold Winter Weather. They carried plenty of items that includes, Rice plates, Rice Noodles, Vermicelli, Chowmiens, Flour Cake, Smoothies, Boba Drinks, and Desserts as well. Good Prices and big Portions! Without a doubt a great spot here. This place has been here since I was a little kid and honestly nothing has changed. The decor and people are the exact same so it's like stepping back into a timewarp.
Food tastes the exact same as it did back then and it's still just as delicious. The fried egg platter is so damn good and their fried rice is some of the best I've had in anyplace. Their #9 is my go to item when you can't fully decide but still want something tasty.
Service here is always pretty quick from the moment you walk in til when you get your food you never have to wait too long.

This place is really bad. The Asian lady is not nice to the customers. As I paid I said thank you she didn't respond and so I withheld the Tip.
They charge you whatever they want. Food is not what it used to be. I stick to the Gilroy location it is the Best !!!
