I have indulged in a late lunch at Tabu Shabu twice. The staff did a great job of describing the options and preparation process, after learning it was my first visit. They checked in several times to ensure things were going well and offered advice. There are a variety of protein options and the vegetables gave "farm to table vibes." The meat was high-quality and the ponzu dipping sauce was delicious.
