It is sad that you come to buy food and happen to hear management treat and disrespect employees, it is considered harassment very unprofessional specially coming from manager her name is Miriam the manager on floor hopefully someone higher than her pays more attention because it is very unpleasant.

Horrible they raise the price of the chicken quesadilla to eight dollars and it’s ridiculous. I paid $18 for a quesadilla two taco Supremes and one Baja freeze.

I ordered 2 potato soft taco , I had to wait more 10-15 min, then I left without taking my order, it was too slow. There was 1 or 2 customers before me.

How the hello did the taco shells get stale its bad enough the meat is cat food and cheese is plastic my dorito taco shells were stale expect better for 5 bucks a taco

This is for the cantina chicken bowl. It has hard and crunchy rice, cold chicken that tasted like it's been sitting around for a few hours. Black beans that looked like they also been sitting around all day. There's no QC there. Grown adults making food that they couldn't possibly serve to they're own family. I'm guessing no manager on duty or maybe one that doesn't really care. Don't they do any surprise inspections from regional management? It's definitely not worth the money. I would recommend Pollo loco if it's an option.

Dietary restrictions: Taco Bell has always honored my exclusions when I order from the app or tablet. I exclude sour cream for my lactose intolerance, and that makes the food much more manageable when combined with a lactase pill.
