Party of three. We were waiting for 10 minutes to someone to acknowledge our presence, then were ignored by a waiter - Modesa (not sure about the name, middle-edge woman, with curly dark hair, partially died blond), and on our question “can we just pull a chair to a table for two” she rudely cut us and said no. Another employee then said that we can seat in the outside area, which we did and again, were ignored for 10 minutes, with Modesa walking around, taking orders from others, cleaning table and purposely walking around us as if we weren’t there. Didn’t try food, decided to leave. Safe time and energy, and go grab food at Chick-fill-A near by

Amazingly terrible. The waffles are the ones with sugar in them from Costco. Took them directly from the package and put them on the plate. Not even warm. Zero effort. Coffee sucks. I feel bad for the workers. Soooo overpriced. Go out for sushi instead

Latonya, my server, was AMAZING! . . . so friendly, polite, and accommodating. She generously provided some great places in the area to check out, and checked back on me regularly to see if I needed anything. The Avocado Smash Burger was EXCELLENT and the fries were AMAZING (crispy and hot) . . . especially for an airport pub . . . Loved EVERYTHING . . . will definitely stop in here again!

Hotel buffet food
If you order breakfast, and its handed to you, and your first thought is "wow, should have eaten the hotel food instead", this isnt a good sign. I had the "Classic American", which is a pile of tator tots, a pile of bacon and eggs. 'Pile' is an apt description, and is as appetizing as it sounds. Only ate the egg, and skipped the rest, and I love bacon. Noted in my travel report to work, that restaurant should be avoided if possible

We ordered a four egg omelet and they served us a two egg omelet. Please update your menu to reflect the fact the four egg omelet is not four eggs.

Maybe the worst treatment I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Got off a long flight and wanted to get a quick drink. Was greeted by a young lady who yelled at me to move because she was mopping. Then cursed at me when I asked if i could just put my bag down and grab a quick drink. No wonder there was nobody in here. Absolute joke. Try being nice to customers who are jet lagged and would like to enjoy a drink after when arriving.

Had to give it a second shot before eating and simply wasted more money. Sat waiting at the bar for a menu for over 15 minutes while everyone else sat around me was given one. Practically everything was out of stock for breakfast and found that out as I was given French fries with eggs. The eggs were less seasoned than the ones you serve a dog on its birthday.
No love in the food, shoddy service, no music, and airport prices make this by far the worst place to spend time before flights in San Jose.

This is officially the worst, most disgusting breakfast I ever had...I can't even describe how bad it is! Please save yourself and avoid this place like plaque, unless you want to come down with food poisoning... Breakfast is microwaved awful looking stuff, the staff is beyond rude... Is just too horrific
