Ordered, a yogurt frosty with 3 fruits. Got a large: was going to share with my mom. When asked the cashier if she could split the drink. She agreed; however when I tried my drink it was icy and taste less. I asked if they could remake. Once again,they agreed; however they made the wrong drink and a small size instead. Clearly there was a misunderstanding. I requested my refund instead. The girl took the money out of the till and almost threw it a me. shorting me a quarter. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION !!!! ALSO IT IS GRIMEY IN THERE.

The food is fine but the service is very awful. The staff here clearly didn’t well trained at all. They don’t know which orders belongs to which customer even the store only have 2 customers == the environment was dirty and smelly. I am very sad for this

Doesn’t hold a candle to its sister tea house on Curtner. Atmosphere is okay, but the quality of the drinks is a notch down and the boba is pretty mid. Would recommend visiting the other location and I hope they can improve this one.
