I used to love TE. But unfortunately this location falls so short.
1. High pricing. They charge premium but qty is very small. For the chicken and the octopus, they give you the tinest box and its not even filled to the rim. Its filled about half, not even 3/4s.
2. Quality is definitely worsening. They use old oil to fry the frozen meats and it leaves a weird slimy, sticky after taste in your mouth after every bite.
3. The drinks seem to be made of powder. This kills the whole experience when the whole place should be focused on quality drinks.

This is NOT the tapioca you’re thinking of… my disappointment when wanting something like tapioca pudding etc. food & drinks looked good. Staff wasn’t the friendliest or helpful. We ended up leaving.

Great friendly Customer Service by Thanh, she was so very helpful, polite and informative to the menu!! They have delicious food and dynamite Vietnamese coffee!!!! Its a must try!!!💯💯💯💯🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Thai Tea - on the menu it has Boba in the drink, but I didn’t get any in the drink . Was told I needed to pay extra for them( don’t include boba balls in the picture if it’s not going to include them ) You’re misleading customers thinking they’re going to get Boba’s because it’s in the picture
-pasta ( noodles were not cooked all the way they were tough) for $22. This is how much noodles you get! Not that much
-I got a Boba that was supposed to have the brown suger syrup (it didn’t) was expecting the drink to be sweet since I asked for 50% sweetness, and it was really watery
- fries ( forgot to take picture) but it comes in a box cup that was half full . Other Boba places have fries and they give you a good serving. This place was just stingy in general.
Used to be good back in the day. I don’t know what happened . They are really stingy

Last night I was buy a drink but there’s a girl on the cashier with glasses in front cashier She is very rude and she is no respect for customer and she is spoke with customer very bad and is not good for customer service so I will never ever get anything from there again
