Food was fine, be careful not to burn yourself, the soup and items can get really hot. Waiter delivered our food to another table until people from that table said they didn't order it. Their suggested tips are false, the 18% is actually 20% of the bill. Will not be coming back to this mid, dishonest restaurant.

A consistent go to restaurant for hotpot. #1 and an order of calamari is enough for amy wife and I to share. Consistently great service. Tasty, clean, and reasonable prices.

Fun individual hot pots with burners underneath. Everything is in there to begin with.

If you know what to expect and don't expect to be waited on, then you'll be fine. Every dish has different levels of spiciness, and the only thing I wish is that the spiciness level of each dish was similar across the board, but that's impossible since every dish has different ingredients. What I mean by that is if you choose "really spicy" for one hot pot item then it should be roughly similar with a different hot pot but again I know that's difficult with the ingredients being different. The miso hot pot was so mild 😩..I digress. Also, if you're like me and like to have a good amount of meat as protein in your soups, then make sure to order a side of beef (especially for the Taiwanese supreme). I was low-key disappointed there was barely any meat for a dish that's considered "supreme." I did order a side a beef halfway through my meal, which I didn't know we could do until my date told me.

Poor service attitude, average ingredients, and very few varieties! Not very fresh! The soup pot was almost empty, and the two or three waiters didn't even check whether I needed more soup, and I had to ask several times! They were busy chatting 💬, and they forced me to tip with such service attitude, which is not worth it! It's really not worth it! There will be no next time.

We ordered the Thai soup, Taiwanese noodle soup (medium), stinky tofu soup (mild), and Japanese miso (mild) at Tasty Pot in Cupertino, CA, and everything was fantastic! Each soup was packed with flavorful and fresh ingredients like noodles, shrimp, meatballs, sliced beef, mushrooms, tofu skin, and fresh vegetables. The presentation was colorful and appetizing, showcasing the rich flavors of the cuisine. The staff was super attentive and made sure our soups stayed hot throughout the meal. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. Highly recommend if you're craving a hearty and delicious hot pot experience!

If you’re a fan of flavorful hot pots and exceptional service, Tastypot is a must-visit! 🍲 Located in San Jose, this cozy spot serves authentic Taiwanese hot pots for both lunch and dinner, and it didn’t disappoint.

We tried the Seafood Lobster Hot Soup and the Kimchi Dumpling Hot Soup, both of which were packed with bold flavors and fresh ingredients. The bubbling pots featured delicious add-ins like lotus root, roe fishball, chicken wings, and vermicelli, creating a perfectly balanced and hearty meal.

For drinks, we ended with Mango Green Tea and Taro Milk Tea, both of which were absolutely refreshing and the perfect way to cool down after the hot pots. I particularly loved both drinks—they added a sweet touch to our savory experience.

As someone who avoids pork, I was thrilled that the staff took the time to suggest alternative broth options for me while accommodating my partner’s preferences. Their attention to detail and willingness to cater to dietary needs really stood out.

Pro Tips:
• Visit during lunch hours to enjoy a free green tea with your meal!
• Don’t hesitate to ask for free broth refills to keep the flavors going—it’s a great way to make the most of your hot pot experience.

Had lunch with a friend on a busy Sunday afternoon and the service is still quite good. We ordered lamb hot pot and Japanese miso hot pot and are satisfied with both. The ice tea offered for free is also good to complement with the hot pot. Also, they offer a choice of either rice noodle or plain rice to go with the hot pot.

Hot broth and your choice of protein and veggies. Appetizers are tasty as well. There are several broth options and add-on noodles, veggies and protein which you choose via app. One broth can be shared by two people. 5 of us had spicy beef and miso soup. Tasty and a variety of textures. We added gyoza, calamari and fried chicken. Service was nice and efficient.
