Hits the spot every time. My wife and I frequent this restaurant and bring friends and family often as well. They never disappoint us. I have yet to completely finish a regular (generous) portion, but I also order the Ramen noodle extra. We prefer the Beef and Tomato soup but have tried others and they are also good. Each bowl/pot comes with a plentiful assortment of veggies, seafood and meat. They even have boba tea and it's great!

Ah, my go-to for comfort hotpot. It's like a cozy blanket. Ambiance is simple. Service is actually great! Half the time I get to-go but it's always pleasant to dine in despite sometimes-long wait. Usually it goes fast. The beef (mild) with side of rice is my go-to. You can't go wrong!

Came with as a party of two - we were able to get seated right away. We ordered medium Taiwanese spicy supreme and the medium spicy sichuan flavor hot soup with milk tea and black tea. The service itself was literally ridiculous. It started off with when they served our food - the person just left the food on the table without saying which order was what.. When asked, he said it so quickly where we couldn't understand and left immediately. Throughout our time there, not once was our water cup refilled as well, one napkin per person. The overall service here was absurd. Paid almost $70 for bad service and mediocre food. First and last time we'll be back here.

The restaurant is a bit on the smaller side, but they did have a yelp waitlist ipad out front. You order off a qr code scan at the table, which I prefer. Food came out relatively quickly. I had the japanese miso and my dad got the thai hot one. I didn't try his but mine was pretty good. I liked all the things that were listed on the menu description so I chose it. Everything tasted super good. The only reason for the 4 star is that the broth was kinda bland to me and my mom. Everything was still delicious though and great for a quick, cheap hotpot meal.

Always consistent, friendly, large portions. Easy to order via your phone after scanning QR code. If you go during lunch, you get a free iced tea as well! Parking is easy as it's located in a strip mall with a bunch of other shops. Great location surrounded by lots of other places to grocery shop, get dessert/boba drinks. Also nice, it's individual hot pots, so those that prefer to adjust their own spiciness level can feel free to load up on spices without worrying about other ppl you are sharing with.

First time in this restaurant, I loved it, all the staff members are very friendly and professional .Awesome environment with great atmosphere.The food is amazing, and the flavors are exquisitely good.Very good portions , we were lucky because we found a good table. At the time we left, there was a bunch of people wanting outside .Highly recommended.

One of my favorite places to get hotpot. It was super cold when my family and I first came, it was so random. We wanted to go eat something warm but didn't know where and other places were packed. We got lucky that day and got to sit right away and order. That's when it became our go-to place. Ordering was fast then, but they use QR codes now, which makes it faster, so the wait is never longer than 5-10 minutes. They always have music playing, different each time I go, and an uplifting, family-friendly vibe that I enjoy.We usually go at lunchtime because we like the iced green tea (it's free). My family and I love the HotPot and Sizzling plate (a new-ish edition to the menu). We usually get Lamb or Beef Hot Pot and Cheesy Milk Hot Pot. They have a variety of ingredients in each pot. They have mushrooms, cabbage, tofu, meat, etc. They don't overwhelm each other and taste amazing. They have apps and BOBA too!!If you ever want to try a HotPot Spot, this would be a great place to start!
