If you know what to expect and don't expect to be waited on, then you'll be fine. Every dish has different levels of spiciness, and the only thing I wish is that the spiciness level of each dish was similar across the board, but that's impossible since every dish has different ingredients. What I mean by that is if you choose "really spicy" for one hot pot item then it should be roughly similar with a different hot pot but again I know that's difficult...
