Tonight was the second time I went into tea alley only to find that management decided that one employee can handle everything by themselves. It is piss poor management to expect one employee to be overworked this much. One person should not have to be running back and forth constantly just because management wants to stay sound asleep in their bed. Extremely disappointed. Went to this shop and was surprised that it is opened after 8pm! Had a really pleasant chat with the shop owner and the tea is amazing, super fragrant and aromatic and authentic, it is on par with the bubble tea chains from Taiwan. Extra shout out to the shop owner for making me feel at home !! Will definitely recommend this shop.
