We ordered four drinks here, and aside from the smoothie, everything just tasted like sugar water. Can’t believe we paid over $25 for these – yuck! ( we ordered two taro lovers, silky mango, and mango smoothie)
I was not called after my drink was ready.
Because of this, I ended up waiting for almost an hour for a single drink.
The estimated time was set to 40 minutes, so I waited until the estimated time.
It turns out the drink was ready in just 20 minutes.
By the time I got it, the ice had melted.
This was my first order, and it was such a bad experience that I don’t want to order again.

Great place for some boba. Lots of topping and drink options. Tucked away in a small corner of the plaza and thus does not have much space inside. I love cucumber so I usually go for the Grasshopper but I have not had a drink from them that I did not like.

We really enjoyed coming here for our date night. We had the the flamingo with popping lychee boba and the caramel cream with honey tapioca boba and we really enjoyed them. The price was in the range of $7-$8 which is pretty average.

Dirty Ube drink was mediocre. Light ube taste, light coffee taste, and light kick. Meh.

I ordered the house milk tea. It tastes just sugar in water. The worst boba tea i ever had. Never going back.

The drink was all filled with ice. When I asked them to remove the ice the lady said that’s how it’s supposed to be. WARNING: Drink is mostly ice.
I only recently got into boba and my experience has been touch and go. But there's something about Teaspoon's that captivated my taste buds. A friend of mine referred to it as the starbucks of boba and I agree with that description. The number of options and customizations, drink sizes and the store layout and ambiance definitely are reminiscent of Starbucks. I like this particular store because it's close to my place. The clerks are always hard a work and get orders out fast. I usually take out because it's a small store and gets crowded fast, especially around lunchtime and late evenings. Golden brew with whole milk is my go to. It's very consistent and the less sweet version puts it right on the line between bitter and sweet.
Dietary restrictions: Non-dairy milk is available for teas and smoothies/refreshers are lactose free.
Parking: Strawberry park has a huge parking lot but since it's a shopping mall, at peak hours (usually lunchtime) it's very hard to find parking. Technically you could also park on the street by Moorpark Ave.
Kid-friendliness: It's a family tea shop so kids are welcome.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are access ramps.

Parking is horrible and insane here but if you get lucky and are able to get in this place is really nice and the people are friendly and fast. I got my drink faster by ordering with cashier than you would ordering. I prefer the interaction than computers. The mango smoothie with tajin and chamoy was so amazing

The boba is chewy, but the drink is way too sweet even though less sugar is requested. The ube flavor is too light for dirty ube. It tastes more like coffee and milk.
Excellent service, delecious drinks, all the employees are professional, nice and do a great job! Nice clean establishment. Staff really makes you feel welcome.

Absolutely delicious boba teas. You use a touch screen to place your order. It takes some time to figure out. You will very easily have a line of people waiting behind you by the time you are done. We cut down the sweetness level of the lemonade to 75% and it was amazing. Not the biggest cups but big enough. Definitely plan to return.
Vegetarian options: No animal products on the menu.
