When i walked in, they saw me but didnt say hi and just continue playing card. I ordered 1 banh trang tron( rice cake) and they gave me banh trang tron in a plastic bag, there's no tray, dish or bow for me to eat it and when i ask her about that she just keep ignoring me. Never come back again

I feel like this place is just okay. Even though we were the only customers there, our orders took a bit longer than expected. While I understand there has to be a wait for fried food, I felt that our calamari and takoyaki still wasn’t hot like it was freshly fried. The drinks were cool but just average compared to the other many choices for boba within Vietnam Town.

The boba is huge, which is surprising. Though, the service kinda slow, but I don't mind. The lounge is spacey with a TV that plays The Loud House. I enjoy it. For the drink, I love it. They taste amazing. It has a kick to it but no overly sweet. Luckily, they're open until 12:30 am. I would go back here again! ✨️

Placed a pick up order that gave an estimated time of 20-25 min. Showed up at 38 minutes and order wasn't ready, here I am thinking I'm late and ended up being scolded for "showing up too early". Took about another 10-14 minutes to get my order, I know because I was 2 minutes away from canceling because I had to be somewhere close by and I was running behind because of this impromptu boba recommendation I saw on Tiktok.Tea was actually really good, but I would probably try all the many other boba tea shops around before I came back here, simply based on the first interaction.

Worst Customer Service Ever. Typical Vietnamese place. I came here and they gave me a drink with mostly ice fill and barely had the drink in it. Its like more ice than the drink, they completely ignore me. I would not come back here ever again. I guess first time for everything but it doesn't make me feel comfortable coming here.

I really liked the customer service and the vibe of the place. Also, a bonus that it is open late. However, giving a 2-star because the drinks are so overly sweet (recommended to have 100% sugar levels) and didn’t have any real tea taste — more of like sugary water. If I knew they were this sweet I would’ve asked for lowest sugar. Also, most of my drinks weren’t even filled close to the top of the cup. They were $6+ each drink, and felt like I only got half the drink!
My girlfriend Xuan Trinh bought a drink here and she felt like the cashier girl was looking at her not putting tips since it was to go and not dine in. We tip for dine in but never usually see people tip for order when not dining in. There's many other boba places in San Jose to go to.

I had a great experience here, the place is modern, cozy, and covid aware( they wore masks). I tried the taro and coconut smoothie and the tuti fruity; it was delicious, no pics cuz I drank it too fast. I got there 30 mins before closing and the staff was happy to help, it was late so I didn't get snacks, but next time I want to try the calamari or quail eggs. Will be returning.
