It may just be the day but, I waited in the lobby after work for maybe 20mins after the website said 1 min. The handoff was ok she laid all the bags out and I grab mine excited as all get out. I get to my car open the stapled bag and the fries are cold. Driving home sad puppy with cold fries In hope the Mac and cheese sandwich is fire, I park the car and run inside. Get to my room open the sandwich before I turn on my desk top and it's cold.
First time my boyfriend and I tried this place and it's amazing! Food is super tasty and people are kind and helpful. Quality food! I'd recommend:)

My brother and I noticed the melt on yelp. I told him I've tried it once back in 2016 and it was pretty good so we decided to give it a shot. I ordered the melt sandwich and the parm fries. The food was horrible. This wasn't how I remembered it tasting back in 2016. My stomach hurts now from all the grease. It was like they tried to drown the burger in some type of garlic butter to kill the meat patty before they cooked it. The fries were just as horrid. Wish they packaged the stuff better too because after I got home I noticed grease was leaking from the paper bag onto my seat... I don't even know how the grease got out of the container when everything was sealed. They must not clean the table where they pack the food on... now I got an upset stomach and I'm going to have to deep clean my car seats this weekend. I normally don't leave reviews but my experience was so awful that it had to be done.

Ordered a Double with lettuce, tomato, and caramelized onion. The patties are supposed to be made up of Angus & Wagyu beef, so I expected them to be tender & juicy. They were neither. Dry and chewy was more like it, and they lacked any seasoning, like..."salt", at least. And since I ordered "make it a double", I expected double the cheese with the the extra patty, which I didn't get. The cheese I did get seemed skimpy too. Not at all like the pictures I've seen on Yelp. When ordering online, there were very few options to customize the burger, missing options like "extra cheese", "extra sauce", "add mayo", "meat temperature", etc. The one good thing I can say, is that the patties were heavy, so I trust they met the 1/3 lb. claim. But that isn't enough for me to want to try again.

I wanted to love this place but I didn't. I got the impossible burger and it was super salty and boring. For the $15 I expected a bit more, it was overly salty and a boring burger - no lettuce, no tomato, no extra sauce. I also got the fries and they were super salty. My friend got the melt and while it is a huge burger, he claimed it was dry. It's a disappointment how sad these burgers are for the price. If I come here again I'll probably stick to the basics like a grilled cheese or Mac and cheese but definitely not getting a burger.

This "The Melt" location is a part of the "LocalKitchens" at this address. LocalKitchens is a takeout place for a number of restaurants - TheMelt, Oren's Hummus, Senor Sisig, Curry Up Now and one other I can't remember. The takeout only LocalKitchens (and therefore The Melt) is open until midnight most days. Which is the best part. We had ordered a simple Mac and cheese. And it was ready in the time estimate originally given to us. Absolutely no waiting. No money exchanged hands because we had prepaid on doordash when we ordered. Although I was told I could have ordered on LocalKitchens.com as well. The MnC was good. Nothing extraordinary about it. But then nothing wrong with it either. So this review is less about TheMelt or the MnC, but more about how seamless and convenient it was to crave MnC at 10 pm, order online, drive a short distance and satisfy that craving with no fuss. I like the idea of LocalKitchens, and will go back to this location. The Melt gets to benefit from all the goodness. So be it.
We're in town for the holidays and my daughter wanted a burger for dinner, so I decided to drive over and order in person instead of delivery. I'm glad I did because I added the Ube Horchata to my order which wasn't part of the Melt's menu. There was a slight mix up with the order which caused a delay of a few minutes, but I didn't mind waiting. However, when I got my order, the guy who helped me threw in an extra Horchata AND a pint of strawberry ice cream from Humphry Slocombe free of charge. He did this without me saying anything about the delay or showing any kind of displeasure. That was a very nice gesture. I tried to call to thank him when I got back to the hotel but couldn't reach him - if you are reading this Thanks man! That was nice of you. The burger and patty melt were both great by the way.

Came across this place on DoorDash, hands down one of my new favorite burger joints! The garlic fries are lyfeeee And their burgers are so freaking good. 10/10

Located within Local Kitchens. What's Local Kitchens? Well, it's basically like 6 restaurants that share one kitchen! This is in an industrial area, so you won't be looking for a sign that says the Melt. I love the Melt and have long wished for a location close to me. Well, lo' and behold this place exists and it's close to me. If you like patty melts, grilled cheese, garlic fries, etc, then this place is hard to beat. If you have heart burn issues, stay away, but if you like good food, then give it a shot. I'll be coming here again for sure. Love The Melt.

Drove 1 hour to have this Mac and it was worth it! My daughter loved the Mac grilled cheese! The staff was so patient when they were taking my order, they answered my questions with a smile. Highly recommend!

Had the burger melt with a soup to dip it in. Delicious. Pick up was easy and staff members were very polite.
