The food is not good, it’s bland. And Jeremy is a poor excuse for a manager.

Pleasantly surprised with how delicious this was today. I am always skeptical of chain restaurants but The Cheesecake Factory did not disappoint. The service was prompt but not very friendly.

Good food. Service was great. Nathan was a great server.
A little pricey but not bad considering the amount of food.

Came here with my family for a little Christmas dinner, total of 8 of us eating. Usually this place is outstanding. But tonight the food was absolutely horrible.
Everyone’s food was cold and looked like it was under a heat lamp for days.
Food had no flavor,
It’s obvious that there’s a new owner or the cooks just don’t care.
Won’t be coming back here for a long time.
They should call this place the cold food tasteless factory.

I was told 15 minutes wait but it was less. My waiter was good and didn't rush me because my guest was late. I ordered way to many appetizers but enjoyed them

I've never actually been there, killer food great portion size. Service was not good. The waiter seemed like he didn't want to be there from the moment we sat down. We had to consistently ask for refills on drinks and then track him down for the bill and then again for him to pick up the payment, It's all good if it's busy, but the overall service was poor.

Had the most pitiful Lousiana pasta of my life. I dont usually go to Cheesecake, but as a kid it was one of my favorite chain pastsas, but the pasta was way overcooked and it had like no sauce, our waitress forgot about us too which was cool too

I visited this place with my partner and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. We were seated at the bar, and the bartender—who I didn't catch the name of but noticed had an Australian accent—was exceptionally rude. He spoke to us in a condescending tone both when taking our order and when requesting our payment. I've been to this location numerous times without issue, so it was truly surprising and frustrating to be treated this way. I hope this is an isolated incident, but it certainly left a negative impression.

Wide variety of food selection, great service and ambience. Good for special occasions and celebration. Its fancy. The food portion is big and so is the price. We like the chocolate and sour dough bread served as complimentary starter. Avocado rolls are great for vegetarians. We love the food there. Chicken lettuce wraps are also good and healthy. Cheese cakes are heavenly.

My family and I usually grab food from The Cheesecake Factory by using the Curbside pickup. The problem is half the time I’m left waiting 10 minutes or more and that’s after I’ve received a message that the food is ready. At that point I’ll just walk in and grab it myself from inside. The food here is always good and we love a variety of things. My kids will have pasta or burgers, my wife always gets the Chicken Masala and I go with a steak. We might get an appetizer but the entree portions are so big and filling, we usually pass. The obvious go to is going to be the endless desserts they offer. They offer every kind of cheesecake under the sun. Each of those comes with a side of the house whip cream which you can’t go wrong by. The Cheesecake Factory has something for everyone, even the picky eaters in your family.
Parking: The Cheesecake Factory is located at the Oakridge Mall in San Jose. It shares parking with Target, which is its largest and closest neighbor as well as many other restaurants. Leave enough time if you have a reservation to find parking because at peak shopping times it can be really difficult.

Just AVOID! We got seated at 7:57pm and our food arrived 9:15pm, EVERYTHING COLD and chicken uncooked! The server we had completely forgotten about us and NOT ONCE checked in on us or followed up on our food and didn’t even get us any coke or strawberry lemonade refill —we also had order sweet potato fries they came our 30 minutes late, half warm and half cold and he completely forgotten about our sauces on the side, we had to wait additional 10 mins just to get dipping sauces! Fast forward, one hour passes— tables that were around us came after us, already had their food and they were already done eating and ready to leave and we still didn’t get our food (WTF right??) once again, I’m having to look for our server because he had completely forgotten about us.. expressed my frustration and boom food came out within 10 mins COLD and uncooked… it’s like the food was just sitting in the back for 45 minutes and he just forgot to bring it out to us! Mind you, we have a 17 months old toddler and he’s frustrated and hungry… and it’s now his bed time— we asked for the manager, she didn’t even apologize, she just offered us to get new food to go and took care of our bill— we rushed out of the Cheesecake Factory because it was our son’s bedtime. We got home only to find out that our chicken dish and pasta dish was UNCOOKED yet again… what a waste of time and efforts… AVIOD please! This location’s management and server are unprofessional and rude!
Also— this restaurant is not KID SAFE or KID FRIENDLY, they asked us to store our $1,500 dollar Nuna stroller by the exit without anyone supervising it and when I asked if it gets stolen will they cover the fee, the same manager refused… so why the hell would I leave such an expensive stroller for anyone to steal? When I asked if you could just store it by our table (it was in no one’s way), they refused and after going back and fourth arguing for 10 mins— my husband offered to just close the stroller so we can store it underneath the table and that’s when they agreed. Super unfriendly and just very uneducated staff work here!! Just avoid— it’s not worth it
