New menu, everything was delicious

Slower service than expected at 6pm.

Food is tasty and a very large quantity. The server was very good but the reception guy seemed like he couldn’t care less and probably should have gone back to sleep. The music was a bit too loud.

Upon visiting the store and waiting almost 40 minutes for my food when I received it, it was burnt and smelled absolutely unbelievable. In the worst of ways. I didn’t realize this until I got back to my college campus and the first thing that hit me after opening the lid of my food was the smell of The burnt burger buns and for some reason fish, which is odd because I ordered the barbecue burger and when I went to grab the burger, it was rock hard it felt like I was holding cardboard. I tried calling this location and trying to see if I could get a refund, but was unable to, which is unfortunate because I live 30 minutes away at Stanford University and this location is all the way in San Jose. I paid almost 30 bucks for a burger I couldn’t eat and had to wait almost 40 minutes in store for this food which is uneditable it’s really unfortunate.

The atmosphere and decor is the same as other locations and it seems less crazy than the one in Valley Fair.

They offer lunch size meals until 5pm. If you are on a budget, it's a good deal since most restaurants end lunch deal way earlier than 5pm for sure.

With all the food we ordered, they are all good. The crab bite appetizer is always very good. The meatball appetizer is on the salty side when you eat it by itself without the bread that comes with it. When you eat them with the bread, they're fine.

The miso salmon is always excellent and the salmon is just cooked perfectly. The vegan Cobb salad is also good.

For dessert, we ordered the triple berry bliss, however, it's just so-so. It has a layer of cake and it's very dense. I think the Lemon Raspberry and the Mango Key lime cheesecake are way better if you like fruity flavors.

The waiter (Zaid) we got is awesome. Service is great .

Remove a star for the bathroom. Considering we come during the week and it's not as busy as the weekend, the ladies bathroom is a mess. Papers on the floor and floor is wet. I can't imagine how bad the bathroom will be during the peak time on weekends. They need to get someone to attend and clean the bathroom more frequently and regularly.

My sisters and I picked this as our celebratory venue after completing the 8K. The chicken and waffles 🧇 were delicious, and the peach lemonade is was refreshing. Cheesecake Factory is always a vibe whether it’s in Cali or Florida. Our hostess was pleasant and updated us until we were seated. The waiter was attentive and made sure we were good.

Terrible service. Called asking about reservation policy and Savannah accused me of trying to game the system and gives attitude for wanting to reserve for more than 6 people (who talks to people like that?). Then she hangs up on me, I call back and get Emmanuel who then tells me they don't take reservations at all (obviously backing his pal up). I ask for a Manager (Dianna) who fortunately can speak properly to customers and explained how I can reserve for my party (thank you Dianna for your help). Ridiculous - Savannah and Emmauel - I will be reporting you to corporate about your poor representation of this restaurant. You do not deserve to be part of this company, a better person deserves your job, period.

The food is not good, it’s bland. And Jeremy is a poor excuse for a manager.

Pleasantly surprised with how delicious this was today. I am always skeptical of chain restaurants but The Cheesecake Factory did not disappoint. The service was prompt but not very friendly.

Came here with my family for a little Christmas dinner, total of 8 of us eating. Usually this place is outstanding. But tonight the food was absolutely horrible.
Everyone’s food was cold and looked like it was under a heat lamp for days.
Food had no flavor,
It’s obvious that there’s a new owner or the cooks just don’t care.
Won’t be coming back here for a long time.
They should call this place the cold food tasteless factory.

I was told 15 minutes wait but it was less. My waiter was good and didn't rush me because my guest was late. I ordered way to many appetizers but enjoyed them

I've never actually been there, killer food great portion size. Service was not good. The waiter seemed like he didn't want to be there from the moment we sat down. We had to consistently ask for refills on drinks and then track him down for the bill and then again for him to pick up the payment, It's all good if it's busy, but the overall service was poor.

Had the most pitiful Lousiana pasta of my life. I dont usually go to Cheesecake, but as a kid it was one of my favorite chain pastsas, but the pasta was way overcooked and it had like no sauce, our waitress forgot about us too which was cool too

I visited this place with my partner and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. We were seated at the bar, and the bartender—who I didn't catch the name of but noticed had an Australian accent—was exceptionally rude. He spoke to us in a condescending tone both when taking our order and when requesting our payment. I've been to this location numerous times without issue, so it was truly surprising and frustrating to be treated this way. I hope this is an isolated incident, but it certainly left a negative impression.
