alright, from the very beginnin, staff sucked. we approach the receptionist, and instead of greeting us she simply said, " about 25 to 30 minutes wait, can I have a name and phone number please."whatever, we thought it was just her, then the gal who took us to our seat didnt greet us and just started walking away... like what the heck, are we just supposed to follow her?our waiter and food sucked, he was in such a hurry, I dont know why the heck I tipped him. food Was terrible, I asked for habachi steak and the waiter recommended the carne asada. not once where we asked if the food was good or were we mentioned about any kind of special or were we offered any kind of dessert? It felt like we were a burden to our waiter and his time. Even just getting the bill from him felt like I was bothering him...Ridiculous, the best part of our visit was us leaving. Never been so disappointed here.

It was my first time eating at a Cheesecake Factory. The restaurant looks very nice inside. I ordered the chicken Alfredo and my partner ordered orange chicken and brown rice. I prefer Olive Garden's chicken Alfredo. My partner and I preferred Panda express' orange chicken over this one. For dessert I ordered the strawberry cheesecake and my partner ordered an Oreo cheesecake. Both cheesecakes were pretty good. The strawberry syrup with the cheesecake was a great combo. The service was okay.

Happy as a clam chowing down at the cheesecake factory. Food is always great, the cheesecake is even better.

Have had only 1 sub par server. All others have been spot on. Food is great. Menu is enough to have something different every visit but not so big to get lost.Wheelchair accessibility: Not good in that regard. Saw several disabled person have a hard time fitting wheel chair at table

The server was amazing and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to help us, inform us, and make sure we were good. The food was fast and so delicious. We had kids with us, and they did an excellent job helping accommodate their taste needs. Their cheesecake was, like, always, out of this world. Definitely recommend.

My family and I went to cheesecake today at 11:45am. We were sat within 5 minutes of arriving. After we were sat we had 3 other tables seated in the same section and were ignored for 15 minutes while every other table was served bread water and even placed there orders. This was the very first time I have ever walked out of a restaurant in my life. I'm not sure how waiters can just walk by customers and act like they don't exist. Terrible experience and will never be back.

Took nearly an hour from placing our orders to receiving our food. One was flavorless, overcooked, and cold, the other had delicious chicken but no sauce for the pasta. The waiter never checked on how our food was, announced last call, and then asked why we didn't tell him there were issues sooner (he hadn't talked to us since our plates arrived). Aside from that, the music was unnecessarily loud.

Rude staff at the front desk!! Definitely don’t go there if you have a baby in a stroller!I made a reservation (you have to become a member to do that!) for six people and a baby in a stroller. I mentioned in the comment section that we’d prefer a table with some space for the stroller so that we don’t bother anybody. When we arrived we were told that we have to wait around 30 minutes to get a table! The main reason I made the reservation was that we don’t have to wait (because we had two little kids with us).The woman at the front desk was very rude and told us that it’s our fault that we don’t get a table right away. She said that my baby counts as a person and she doesn’t have a table for 7. My baby is 2 month old and doesn’t need a seat! When I tried to explain that to her she was very rude and said that our reservation is useless and if we don’t want to wait she can’t help us!We talked to the manager and he was very nice and got a table for us. But unfortunately that doesn’t change the bad experience we had when we walked in.I’ll definitely not come here again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.

it is very busy, so service can't keep up. Usually, the scheduling group is one that requires most oversight. The food is okay, but not what was before the pandemic.
