Great for a relaxed Saturday morning breakfast. It reminds me of diners I went to as a kid on the east coast. There a strong sense of community here.

Unexpected and unassuming. This traditional diner serves great food. It is attached to a bowling alley so you would think it would only serve bar/pub food, you'd be wrong.

Vast menu of American eats, taste and portion sizes are on point. Cant wait to come back and try something else. This diner is really a gem in SJ. Servers were nice and attentive.

Good food good prices … first time I got linguica and avocado omelette with hash brown and toast hearty serving and this time I got the corned beef sandwich with fries and my boyfriend’s second time getting the BBQ sirloin of beef on a French roll with fries and a side of potato salad! They are connected with the bowling alley they’ve been here since I was a kid so well over 20-30 years. Just started eating here and wish I would’ve been coming here all these years! Old school diner vibe! Update: BAE said that the bbq sauce was just poured over the sirloin of beef inside of the sandwich was dry as hell and fries are not seasoned at all. Changed from 5 Star to 3 star

Great post-war style diner. The food is decent, and the the staff is friendly. I was surprised Walter sobchak was not there. Bowling alley is attached for those who need it.
The restaurant in the hotel in which I was staying was closed, so I wandered over to the bowling alley's coffee shop for a bite to eat. The menu is varied, with breakfast available all day and plenty of classic dinners--pork chops, ground sirloin steak, liver, seafood platter and more. I ordered the California chicken, service with avocado tomato, cheese, and marinara sauce. It was very tasty. Dinners include choice of soup or salad. The service was excellent. Drinks from the bar were perfectly prepared. The prices were quite reasonable.
Step into a time machine in this awesome retro diner. Basic fare prepared well, & served with a smile. Hash browns were just right. Vintage interior that’s clean and bright. Exceeded my expectations.
Truly American diner with enormous amount of food. Really friendly atmosphere, everybody is friendly. Feels like home
