The burger was good. It was messy. I love a good messy burger. The meat to bun ratio is a little off though. The patties were kind of small. My only complaint. Everything else was good.
It was... Meh. Staff was very nice... Food was ok. I would rate 2 other "flame grilled" burgers higher, both Burger King and Carl's Jr. I would eat there again, it is ok, but not my first choice.
Either you can order at the kiosk or at the counter. If we order at the kiosk, we need to give either phone number or email to receive the receipt and order ID. Once our order is ready they call with our order ID or last four digits of the phone number, if we don't know what our order ID is. The service was very good.
