Noodle Soups doesn’t have favor. The oner didn’t say sorry. She said that the chief cook sometimes forget how to cook noodle soup . He has a mistake. They’re still charge $30. Terrible service and the owner don’t respect customers and don’t know how to handle problem. I don’t recommend . and Disappointed in the restaurant.

Be careful when ordering food here. I ordered extras on both our meals, the guy had already charged me for the extras but after they brought out our food the guy told me that he hadn’t charged me for the extras, when he had already charged me once. He was literally trying to charge me extra for the extras that we didn’t even get.

I recently visited TK Noodle and unfortunately had a very unsatisfactory experience. I ordered the "bun mi," but it was bland. The table did not have any essential condiments. When I asked for them, I was told to get them myself—no assistance whatsoever.
To make matters worse, I wasn’t informed that they only accept cash. When I went to pay, they pointed me to an ATM, the minimum to withdraw was $20, with a $2 fee, which felt like an unnecessary scam since it goes straight to them. The bun mi costs $12.50, but I was charged $14 without a receipt. She told me the extra is for tax (12% tax??)
Overall, the lack of service and transparency was extremely frustrating. I won’t be returning and hope others are aware of these issues before they visit.

I ordered a number 16 plus some egg rolls they forgot about my egg rolls I was really hoping for it with my phu I was so disappointed then the staff didn't understand what I was asking for I asked where was my order she had no clue them she put the order in them tryed to give me the other tables they were upset then they were missing 2 plate if I know that I would of went to other one I really wanted the egg rolls with my meal so she got upset with me when I told her I didn't want them anymore I didn't ask her to order I said where was my order then when I said it was a separate payment they got all smart I was so upset

I’ve been coming here since I was a child. When I moved away from SJ I would take the 3 hr drive to come eat here but in the last year the flavors are just not there. I still always give the benefit of the doubt but today I left completely and utterly disgusted. There were roaches crawling on my seat and table. I killed 2 that came near my plate and then got up and left. I’m not one to throw a fit so I did pay but never again!!!! I looked at the walls and floor and seen how disgusting the place really is. If this is how they treat the dining area and if roaches are actively crawling on the tables and seats while people eat, I can only imagine how the kitchen looks and how the meal prep is treated. The thought of roaches crawling all over my food over night. Ugh!
