Kira D was our server and it was really difficult flagging her down to submit our order for food and drinks. We originally got an hour of game time. 45 minutes in, we still hadn't gotten anything at all (including water). A sub came in because she apparently went on her break. The sub was awesome and got our food and drinks immediately, even getting us refills for soda. When Kira came back, she asked if we needed anything and we asked for a refill, but she never got it for us. The fact that she didn't serve us at all the entire time she worked during our game time (1.5 hrs) was very disappointing. Perhaps she had an off day or was tired, but she provided essentially no service for our bay. I have been to this location multiple times and have never had an issue with any of the servers here except for today.

A special thank you to Swasti, who truly made the experience exceptional. She went above and beyond to make sure our entire team was taken care of, checking in on us regularly and making sure everything ran smoothly. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and positive attitude made us feel welcomed and valued the entire time.
Because of her outstanding service, we were able to relax, enjoy the games, food, and great company without any stress. This was hands down one of the best team celebrations we’ve had.

Went with 3 families. I had previous experience at one in Atlanta via my employer for 2025 year end party.
Good place to have fun, physical activity of golf swings, good bites.
Ms Amara was serving our #337 lot - attentive and regularly checking. Appreciate that.
We ordered Cheese bites - boy they are addictive and you won't say 'No'. Nachos were ok.
Plan and have some good fun, exercise at same time.

Went with my fiends front desk had the best service shout out to Malei helped us reserve a spot. Great for groups, even if you're not a golfer. Food and drinks are solid, and the games are fun and easy to pick up. It can get pricey, but for a unique and social experience, it's worth checking out. We would be visiting Top Golf again for sure!!!

It's a nice place but the communication between you & the server is bad. They don't bring everything you order. & last second they give you an excuse why. When they could of told you from the start that they are out.
