TP TEA San Jose Oakridge

We ordered online and picked up our drinks in the store. I went with Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea, which is always my favorite. But when I started drinking it, the sweetness level wasn't what I had requested.

Oh my goodness! I just LOVE this establishment, alongside with the most attentive, hardworking and highly regarded staff that I have ever had the pleasure of being served by! I literally come out of my way during my work breaks for my tea fix, and that is saying something as I have been a tea entrepreneur most of my life. The quality of the tea, taste and balance are just wonderful while the above 5-star service adds to experience of enjoying my tea even more so! I am always served with a smile and the utmost care each time I am able to come! I am so grateful and joyful upon my arrival that not only am I aware that I will be greeted warmly, yet I get excited that even when a surge of business occurs, I am treated with high honors and even recommended other options to further expand my tea adventures! Thank you so much for all you do and know you are deeply appreciated for your hard work and patience in this line of work! ^·^/ A++...always good to the VERY last drop...heehee x3 !

The tea here is wonderful quality and the service is speedy, my only gripe with this place is that it's on the expensive side and I wish they had better pairings built into their menu instead of toppings being extra. But it's very authentic, not too sweet and very customizable. Best boba store in Oakridge for sure.

I think this is the best location compared to the other two nearby, service is always quick here I just wish they weren't in the mall sometimes because we have to deal with the crowds

TP Tea is easily one of the best milk tea spots in the South Bay. Their Tieguanyin is phenomenal. The oolong is super flavorful with nutty, floral, fruity, and mineral notes, and it is brewed properly so it comes out dense and rich instead of watered down. Honestly, it is tea heaven.

The boba is just as impressive. Soft, fresh, and with the perfect chewy texture. No weird hardness in the middle, no mush on the outside. When a place gets both the tea and the boba right, you know they care.

If you are serious about milk tea, TP Tea is absolutely worth the stop.

I used to like this place a lot, however it took 35 mins for my popcorn chicken and drink to get ready. When my number up. the popcorn chicken was cold already and drinks is not as good as before. I guess I will not come back when they are busy.

First time here. I ordered the moo Taro with oat milk. There’s no boba…in my drink. Taro is pretty good.

ordered the wintermelon tie guan yin oolong, it’s solid! boba is well cooked and drink isn’t too sweet, wintermelon flavor is not watered down either

TP tea has become one of my favorite tea shop because their tea has strong tea flavor and not water down like most places. I usually order one of the Tie Guan Yin Tea offerings that comes in a few variations. The flavor is consistent each time and the boba is soft and chewy as it should be. There is three ordering kiosks but can be backup as time when there are groups of people ordering at the same time. Once you get your order in, they make the drinks pretty quickly. The menu offers a variety of teas, coffee and slushies for the kids. If you like your boba tea tasting like real tea then TP would be the place to go.

Great selection of tea and similar beverages. You can also select the sugar level you want.

❤️ Thai milk tea was super tasty and not too watery which I loved. I chose the 100% sugar level which was perfect for me.

Pineapple iced tea comes with crushed ice. Don’t add sugar. It is already sweet.

I had a lump of taro at the bottom of my drink that was made hot and just tasted like milk. I attempted to call after leaving when i realized it in the car and there was a busy signal. I attempted to go on the website to send an email and I didn’t find anywhere on the website how to get through. I like the cold drinks but this hot drink was disappointing. Came home and mixed the taro paste lump in myself and had to reheat so I wouldn’t feel as bad for not getting a refund.

Used to go to the other TPTea location that’s much further away. I’m glad they opened this location, I love the drinks here. The milk teas have a strong tea flavor and the fruit teas are so perfectly tart and sweet! I recommend this boba stop, for sure!
