Lovely plant vibes. But decor is basic white, could use more color

Too much ice. Made it hard to mix the coffee with the egg cream. Tbh egg cream was too thick. Would have been nice if they replaced some of the ice with more coffee so it was a nice mix ??

A busy coffee shop with custom menu for coffee and some snacks.

Parking: The complex is mostly busy all the times and it’s pretty challenging to find parking near to the store.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking and accessibility is at comfort in the complex.

Not fully understanding of the poor reviews. Service was friendly and fast. The coffees are very sugary and limited in options but still not bad! The atmosphere is amazing. The only complaint I have is they blast music like a night club, I’m more of a fan of ambient music in cafes maybe a personal preference.

For the negative reviewers: you need to shake the drink upside down before puncturing with a straw.

This is my third times here!!! Absolutely love this bubble Teas Coffee shop! My usual favorite is the delicious Dragon Fruit fresh Boba Tea! Yum? I ordered the Egg Coffee yesterday, and the cream clumped up in the coffee, even after shaking it thoroughly. Every sip still had clumps of cream, which was quite unpleasant. ?

I've never given a 1-star review to any beverage store in the Bay Area, so I was surprised my coworker recommended Tram Coffee. ?

Beautiful interior and pretty good egg coffee. Very aromatic and a bit stronger than traditional egg coffee but thoroughly enjoyable.

Tram Cream Coffee was a pleasant surprise. We had a small egg coffee & a small matcha frappe and REALLY enjoyed both. The staff taking our order was really sweet and efficient, too. We thought that the price - value is really good. We spent about 25 minutes sipping our drinks inside, to soak up the air conditioning and pleasant ambient and music. It made us feel a little like we were back in Thailand. The age demographic was a mix of young, maybe senior high school students, young adults and a handful of 40-50 year olds. Would absolutely visit again if we are ever close by in the future.

I particularly loved the airy matcha cream topping on my matcha frappe.

Oh, probably no soy substitute. The drink is served according to house recipe. Usually I choose vegan alternatives to dairy but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me. The matcha was just super tasty.
