Unfortunately the yogurt was funky, I couldn't pin point it but my husband determined it tasted like freezer burn. Also it was over $25 and we didn't even get toppings because they were all old and stale looking! We will never be going back and will be sure to recommend others go somewhere else.

It was around noon and I was getting chocolate yogurt. As it was being dispensed dried chunks were coming out of the of the dispenser. I guess it hasn't been clean from the night before. So I selected a different flavor instead. I got a topping of sliced almonds and spilled about half tablespoon on the counter. As I was leaving, I saw the person behind the counter, take a napkin and sweep the spilled almonds back into the serving container as she cleaned off the counter. After seeing that, I decided not to eat any of it and I throw it all away. It didn't look dirty because it was early and they had recently opened. To me the food handling is not safe. I will never return to this store again.

Very yummy! Very cute spot and convenient! But it was a little dirty at that yogurt dispenser! But still wonderful!

yikes... i know san jose is really limited to good quality ice cream but cmon man!!!! the icecream is MID!! and the price?? zoinks. the quality and the price do not align at all. if i'm expected to pay $10-22 for icecream, i expect it to be rich and smooth. not powdery.

Dirtiest yogurt place I’ve ever been to. The lady sitting there didn’t say anything, was just on her phone. There’s boxes everywhere, flavors are old, machines dirty, topping area disgusting and old, floors were so dirty, broken signs falling off the windows…overall place was a mess! Health department needs to come here asap. I looked around and told my husband we are leaving so we walked out and went to a really nice clean place on Camden.

First off, I'm not particularly a fan of fro-yo so take that with a grain of salt. My friends and I wanted dessert after eating lunch in the plaza so we went to Tutti Frutti. That being said, let's get into it.I've been to Yogurtland countless times when I was a kid, and the setup at Tutti Frutti is the exact same: grab a cup, fill it up with yogurt/toppings, and price is dependent on weight. My bf and I shared a cup and price came out to around $11. I thought the yogurt was meh. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either, especially for the price. My bf is still in shock that this was more expensive than boujee ice cream. Honestly, if you walk into a dead empty dessert place sometime after lunch hour in a busy plaza, that's not a good sign. Also, they hung up a "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" sign on the side, but it was from February...we were already into mid-March. This place already didn't look appealing to me beforehand and I guess that was confirmed. I will say, however, I would have probably enjoyed this as a kid.

Love this place! Always clean. Nicely decorated for the holidays, cozy and warm. The owner is such a nice caring person. The yogurt testy and selection is big.

EXPIRED YOGURT!!!!!! It's my first time trying this yogurt at this location. I usually go to Yogurtland. I always go for the original tart and add some toppings. I left the store and found that my yogurt tasted like expired milk. I came back and told the employee and got another flavor. It was fine at first but now I can taste expired milk again. I ended up tossing the yogurt and wasting my money. Also another issue is that they don't have much of a variety of tops which threw me off and some looked super old. WHERE IS MANAGEMENT???? They have kids working here that don't understand much. Do they even have a food handlers card? Expired food can make you sick! I hope I don't have digestive issues later. I feel disgusted!!!! I do not recommend this dirty location.

I wouldn't give this place any stars if I could.. pulled up to the place and there were signs hanging down as if the place has been abandoned, front glass door is cracked too.. then u walk in and the "worker??" Was just kicking back watching stuff on her phone slouched in her chair behind the counter, barely put any effort into saying hi to my family and Me.. boxes and containers sitting in the corner on a table.. the area where u pour the frozen yogurt looked like it hasn't been wiped down for weeks, and the Toppings area looked even worse.. the floors were disgusting and we couldn't stay in there another minute so we left and I don't even think the "worker" noticed us leave.. first time I've been here and I'm never coming back
