Waited more 10 minutes for food when there was no line. The people after us got their foods first. The hotdog was still cold in the middle and the fries were cold and unsalted. The bacon was weird. Aggravating experience.

Mozzarella cheese stick was crisp and chewy, Korean style sauce was pretty tasty. Expected it to be spicy but not at all. The staffs were very friendly and attentive, trying to help the customers and keep them happy!

I've had the Busan Boom Burger a few times now, and I have to say that it is very tasty and comes on a soft brioche bun. But there are a few things that could make this into a fantastic burger:1) It needs more veg.2) The beef is dry and tastes a little burnt. I've ordered it medium and medium rare, but it makes no difference. I've watched them pull a frozen patty out of the freezer and put it directly on a very hot grill, then squeeze all the juice out. So maybe thaw them beforehand so you don't have to incinerate it? Add a little water and cover it? And flip, do not squeeze?3) And lastly, somehow the food is always cold by the time I find a seat. Maybe put the burger in a covered box?Also, I've tried the fries a couple times and I wasn't impressed. They're cold and soggy.My wife had the Bulgogi Dog. She didn't have any complaints and said she'd order it again.So my final verdict is this is a hot dog place first and foremost. The burgers have potential if they fix a few minor problems.

I like the kimchi fries. I used to come here often to have the fries. There were pretty much Kim chi with the fries. But not anymore, only less than 5 little Kim chi slices these two times I ordered.NOT COMING again

I never knew this place existed inside the mall, otherwise I would have eaten there weekly! I stumbled upon this place last month and loved it a lot! The menu was so various, I think over 15 different types of hotdogs. There are spicy hotdogs and savory ones. The prices were reasonable and the meal was delicious,Will definitely be coming back again a lot, it will be my to-go place now.

Ironically if your not a HotDog fan, their non hot dog options are better then a lot of the HotDog choices there.

I have been to this place twice and both the times they forget to complete their order. I ordered spicy Thai peanut noodles. The taste was horrible and there was no chicken. The menu said had options of grilled or crisp. They ran out of grilled so I chose crispy. Finally when I got my order they forgot to add the chicken which I realized when I reached home.
