Vitality Bowls Cottle Rd - San Jose

Atmosphere wasn’t my favorite, service people weren’t very kind or assistive. BUT the food was AMAZING. I got a bowl about the size of my head and it was only 350cal! Great for high volume low calorie and everything tasted high quality and fresh!!

I purchases 2 smoothies. The green goddess was good but it had hard rocks or inedible pieces, it was also too sweet. The guava, taste good but too sweet as well. Did not finish the guava.

My favorite place in San Jose so far. I like the owner, very nice gentleman.

Super yummy, but super pricy. I have yet to try the foods, but all the smoothies are worth trying! I can tell the toppings are all fresh as well :)
tables are a little bit dirty at times, but nothing too bad.

I love the nutty bowl. It's delicious ? I haven't tried anything else there but just based on this bowl, I highly recommend this place

This place is great The service is always amazing and the inside is is clean however the prices are not justifiable. I was charged $.75 for eight pieces of blueberries without being sad. I ended up spending $17 just on one item. Unfortunately, this cost more than an actual meal. As much as I love this place it’s not just a justifiable to continue to come here with these outrageous prices and paying an additional $.75 for 8 blueberries.

First time, asked if they had gluten free granola, they advised they do.When I received bowl it has cereal on it, a mix of rice krispies and Corn puffs...it may be gluten free but not its not granola. The base of bliss bowl was good but removed much of it due to cereal in bowl. Never come across this before.

The people at this Vitality Bowls are rude and incompetent. I ordered 2 bowls, on the second one I said no granola. When I got the bowl, there was granola on the top. I took it back, reiterating, "no granola" and stating that I can't have anything with added sugar. They asked why and asked about medical conditions. It's not ok to ask anyone about medical conditions, just to get their order right. They said that they would redo the order correctly. I got the redone order and the added chocolate chips to the top. This bowl does not come with chocolate chips and I did not ask for them to be added. In fact, I clearly stated that I can't have anything with added sugar. These people are rude and incompetent.

Dietary restrictions: They’re supposed to be known for being good with dietary restrictions, but their incompetence and rudeness prove otherwise.

Great customer service. Friendly staff. I order a chicken salad. My friend ordered acai bowl. While my salad taste OK. I liked the pickle egg. The salad leaves were not fresh, found some mushy leave which made it hard to enjoy my salad. And I get it I came to a vitality bowl place and ordered a salad which probably isn't a popular dish, but my friend wanted to get her acai bowl, and she was happy with her order.

Very disappointed. Got a smoothie and it was basically a juice. Good flavor but not what I expected.
