My mother in law and I came here tonight after being in the hospital for a few hours, the guy who was running the drive through was extremely rude. Not only did he purposely not tell the cooks about not putting onions in our burgers but he ended up slamming the drive through window in my mother in law’s face several times. When we finally got our food and drinks, he slammed the window in my mother in law’s face without saying a single word. A good bye or even a good night would have been nice but he just handed us the food without saying a word and slammed the window in our faces. This is very upsetting and extremely unprofessional. Word of advice, if you don’t like your job then look for something different because obviously customer service is not for you.. Please train your employees to be a little more polite and friendly even if they have to fake it..

This place hella went downhill fr when we used to cut classes at Indy n come here the food used to be much better used to have a the salad bar plus side you can get a meal deal w like burger fries n nuggets for cheap

Asked for a double patty in my order, got a single. Don't know whats with fast food these days doing this at the drive thru, I guess they know you won't be able to check right away. Rest of the order was okay but this was quite disappointing and basically getting scammed.

They can never get my order right whenever I go here. Last time they didn’t include the Wednesday sauces and now they gave me an oreo brownie frosty instead of the regular brownie, I hate oreo.

As usual this Wendy's goes out of it's way to get the freshest food around. I have rarely have any mess up's with my to go order. The dining room is immaculate, the girls and the staff are diligent about keeping the dining room and restrooms spotless. A great place to stop and enjoy take out or spend some time while on Mckee Rd.

I used to like Wendy's, but the staff is lazy. You ask for fresh food. They make you wait, but they just reheat it or recook. So they think people won't know. We are paying money at least respect customers enough to make sure their food is fresh not recook it. It's just really disappointing.
Seemed like they poured grease in my bag. Everything was soaked in it. The burgers were so dry you could choke on them, the fries were greasy and limp and Jack in the boxes chicken sandwiches are definitely better.

Used kiosk for order. I was charged and paid with tap to pay. Got confirmation from bank and Google wallet. Kiosk didn't give order number. Manager couldn't find order and tried to tell me there was nothing she could do and the amount was not right. Had to demand money back multiple times before I got refund. Terrible experience.
