Disgusting Mistake – Wrong Order

I ordered a chicken burger online and instead got bacon. I only realized after taking a bite, and I don’t eat bacon—never have, never will. This is completely unacceptable and disgusting.

Next time, read the order carefully. This kind of mistake is not just frustrating—it’s offensive.

Warning this store closes way too early drive thur. Always 15-30 min before closing they purposely ignore your there when when you ordered though the app and they have the order already. BS everytime. I give up going to this store.

Why don't you guys put as sign saying closing 30-1 hr earlier, I'm sure your owner be happy to know there no sales last hour

Foods pretty good, the only compliment id have is sometimes theres alot of homeless people but still not too bad.

This Wendy's was terrible. The workers are lazy and don't do their jobs. They didn't "feel" like making french toast sticks (although they are served throughout the entire day during the month of October for their launch), and they were unwilling to help at all. I tried visiting on the 26th and will never go back there. Terrible customer service. Terrible treatment. Lazy workers. And they are being paid above minimum wage for this? *Scoffs.* I will never go to Wendy's again.

Worst experience I've had at a Wendy's. Might as well have gone to Burger King. The patty was dry, condiments were scarce. I was given literally 2 pickles, one small piece of lettuce, and one ring of onion for a double. They did not even give me a second piece of cheese. Understaffed so half the time there isn't anyone at the register. The manager must be a miser. Also was not given any of the promotional materials with the SpongeBob meal. At least the frosty was good.

The manager there has some customer service training to be done, kinda sucks being a paying customer that’s not rude or messy being treated so poorly. It’s okay though life is short. Just don’t expect any help or understanding when ordering here.
