I love it when I'm the only one in line and several employees look me in my eye and can't be brother to greet or a simple give us one moment sir we will be right whit you in a min none of that they just ignore my existence for a few minutes and until I leave don't go inside just do the drive thru

This Wendy's used to be at least decent when i was younger, but now its too much of all the wrong things
Too expensive đ«°- its $16 per meal usually- since they are very averse to honoring any coupons or deals(even those in ads or on their own menu)
Too filthy đ- this Wendy's has always looked like its on the brink of closing, and truthfully its always the worst inside.
Too much of a line- the kitchens small, so the work is slow. Drive thru stacks fast and it's usually not worth the hassle
Worst part? Wendys food in general is pretty mid đŹ. They haven't changed their menu in years, but they've basically tripled their prices.
Its rough. But if you have to, it'll do.

This is probably the slowest drive thru I have been. Took almost 30 mins for me to get in and out of the drive thru. And I was just the 3rd car from the kiosk. Also the employee taking my order kept messing it up and I had to correct him multiple times. Thats probably the reason the drive thru was super slow. The food I got was substandard. The fries didnt seem fresh and the burger was just packed poorly.

Awful service!!! We ordered the new Krabby Patty meal, but was right away informed that the FROSTY machine wasnât working. I asked if I can still get the meal with a soda, and they said yes, but they didnât mention it was going to be a small soda. Got the meal in a regular Wendyâs brown bag, and what looks like a kidâs meal. I asked if this was the Krabby Patty meal, and they said yes. I asked if it was suppose to come in a box, and they gave me the dirtiest look and said,â thatâs the mealâŠit doesnât come in a box.â Was just asking a simple question because whatâs the difference between a Krabby Patty meal, and a regular hamburger meal??? I wasted $13 on this!!! Iâll be trying a different Wendyâs to see if I get the same thing or something different, and maybe better service.

This location needs some serious corporate oversight because 1 car making it through the drive thru every 5 minutes is totally unacceptable, especially when they STILL somehow manage to mess up your order. During my last visit here, my husband and I placed an order for drive thru pickup through the app and we literally, without exaggeration, spent about 30 minutes waiting to get our food and there were only 5 cars ahead of us. We ate in our vehicle in the parking lot and I saw that they did not include the Boo Book we purchased and when I went into the restaurant to go get one the manager girl that was there kept having the boy working the register come and ask me questions as if I was trying to get something for free and that was highly offensive since those books cost $1 and my receipt clearly showed that I had just dropped $40 on food in the same order.

Since the remodel the interior is very pleasant and clean. Itâs almost too nice for a Wendyâs. The food is typical. The staff gets overwhelmed during the lunch rush, so allow extra 10m or so to get your order. Check the app for ridiculously good deals.
