This is my third time eating a pretzel and customer service is usually at best okay and today that I went to go get a Pretzel the cashier ringed up my pretzel and didn't say one word at all , no smile what so ever , and last but not least the cashier Damaris didn't have any what so ever customer service skills in her. Which is very bad coming from a customer she served

WP's is my go-to pretzel spot whenever I'm in a mall. Warm, soft, fluffy, yet sweet, you won't regret grabbing a bag of a Cinnamon Bitz or their Dog Bitz when you are fighting thru the holiday crowds. This particular location (Eastridge Mall) struggles a bit when it comes to customer service. Most of the employees are not too friendly, but once in a while you get an occasional smile and a bonus "Thank you". If you walk up to this place with the right mindset, you will walk away with some pretty damn good pretzels! Their Cinnamon Bitz always comes out warm, soft, and super fluffy on the inside! If you time it right, make sure you are getting a fresh batch that has just been seasoned. In this mall, there is actually a kiosk that is located elsewhere. So expect that those pretzels could be ones that have been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Bottom line, they serve fresh and tasty pretzels that ALWAYS hit the spot! Just make sure you go to the actual location where the pretzels are made, and not the kiosk.

Customer service here was fine (I mean, they're mall pretzels, it's pretty straightforward) but the original pretzel I got was undercooked in the middle. I got it on the way out so I wasn't able to return it. Bite the center before walking off or you may be in for an unpleasant surprise later!

Yes, this location is in Eastridge and some may say that it's the location that's why it's bad customer service. Whatever. I grew up with all my 1at jobs here in this mall and I worked hard at my customer service skills. So to my point- This is for the young girl that was there today around 330pm. Why you have so much anger and so much attitude is beyond me. This may be one of your 1st jobs in life but trust me you're going to have to a hell of a time if you keep up your horrible attitude. Work on that.
