Wetzel's Pretzels

$19 and some change for a small lemonade that tasted like powder and a little cup of old, dry pizza things. My jaw dropped at the total. I can't believe a business would charge that much for something that probably cost them $2 at best. That is an outrageous, unreasonable price which was printed in tiny writing below the cash register so I didn't even really know what I was paying for. I could have gotten more food at Disneyland for that price. Will never return.

We only got less then half the order. I called them to complain and they said not there problem and hung

FANTASTIC SERVICE from ANA Paula, she was Extremely Courteous & Helpful & Patient while I was ordering for a Toddler, the Dog Bites were Great, the Wetzel Blitz was Delightful. We will Definitely return back here.Thank You

Today 5-27-23 I came to buy papperoni bites at this Wetzel pretzel location in Oakridge Mall and I wanted them from the oven and the cashier told me she couldn't sell me from the oven and that they couldn't make new bites that they had to sell the ones from the warner firstI am very angry because they did not want to sell me what I wanted, it is not fair, I was going to pay for my productthat is not professionalbetter I went to buy pepperoni nugets at Auntie AnnesThank you and I hope you change the service to. client

A must get everytime I visit a mall. Bag of bite size pretzels are $8. So buttery!

Over at the Oakridge Mall location little miss Juanita needs to learn some customer service skills and not be rude to paying customers!Today I ordered a wetzel dog my niece wanted it cut up into bite-size pieces so I asked the cashier that was helping me "Juanita", to cut them up she said sure no problem when she handed me the bag she says cut in half I said no cut and bite-size pieces she proceeded to roll her eyes at me and tell me no cut in half and when I corrected her for the third time she then rolled her eyes and proceeded to speak to her other coworker in Spanish thinking that I can't understand what she's saying I may not speak Spanish but I sure can understand it!Needless to say I will not be going back to this location to spend my money ever again!

We’ve been back from Japan for 4 months now. This is the BEST soft Pretzels in the bay.

This is probably the worst store of all! I bought a serving of cinnamon bites ($7.32), when I went over to my table to have a bite, all I could taste was very soggy, doughy bite. I have had these plenty of times before and I could see they weren’t cooked properly. I took them back to the counter to give feedback, I just got told off that I was wrong and they were very well cooked. That’s it - in your face. I think a bunch of cheap skates run this store and customer has no value. Never buying here again

Not good experience- people were a bit rude. The food ? was fair not that good. Fast food. For kids who requested it. I tried it and it is going to be the last time. Usually I don’t like these things to eat outside. Good try but sorry not recommended. Treated differently because I was not speaking Spanish! Imports to know !!!!

The girl with the rainbow hair at the counter hates her job and makes an effort to be rude to customers. Miserable person! Should not be working in customer service!!!

First experience bad experience !!
