$19 and some change for a small lemonade that tasted like powder and a little cup of old, dry pizza things. My jaw dropped at the total. I can't believe a business would charge that much for something that probably cost them $2 at best. That is an outrageous, unreasonable price which was printed in tiny writing below the cash register so I didn't even really know what I was paying for. I could have gotten more food at Disneyland for that price. Will never return.

Today 5-27-23 I came to buy papperoni bites at this Wetzel pretzel location in Oakridge Mall and I wanted them from the oven and the cashier told me she couldn't sell me from the oven and that they couldn't make new bites that they had to sell the ones from the warner firstI am very angry because they did not want to sell me what I wanted, it is not fair, I was going to pay for my productthat is not professionalbetter I went to buy pepperoni nugets at Auntie AnnesThank you and I hope you change the service to. client

Got my free pretzel today. Didn't even know about it. I ordered a jalapeño dog and it was not quite done. There were some raw Dow in there. The cinnamon pretzel bite was just ok. I hope the freebies are better

Came here on 4/24/2023 to order some pretzel and the lady behind the counter walk over to the cash register and put a sign in my face "cashier on break come back at 5:20". Then she walk away. I thought if she is working here why can't she take my order? Ridiculous

Mmm hairy greasy pretzel . Service was friendly but a bit chaotic. No more almond crunch when I tried to buy :( ... they wouldn't make more , so just plain and pizza were availably .

A must get everytime I visit a mall. Bag of bite size pretzels are $8. So buttery!
First off let me start saying im very sad to be writing this review because we would love to go to Wretzels pretzels in the mall... it was 100% preferred over auntie annes..My daughter and I went in today ready to order and it was packed as always ... they have yummy food and its fast service .. but when i got in line.. wow .. a worker just came from the movies to with popcorn and was eating with staff while they were making pretzels ( strike 1) no one bothered to change gloves wash their hands. Then another girl handling the pretzels ( even though they were all wearing gloves ) was constantly rubbing her nose with her hands and yup back to touching the dough! I was so shocked and grossed out .. I immediately got out of line and that was the end of my run with this specific store.. its not only a health hazard but not worth getting sick! Im so disappointed..

My go-to place for a quick snack at the mall. Very tasty and flavorful and definitely hits the spot. It could be a bit on the salty/buttery end but if you prefer that like me, its not an issue at all. Would definitely recommend a strawberry lemonade as well with your meal because its very refreshing.

Over at the Oakridge Mall location little miss Juanita needs to learn some customer service skills and not be rude to paying customers!Today I ordered a wetzel dog my niece wanted it cut up into bite-size pieces so I asked the cashier that was helping me "Juanita", to cut them up she said sure no problem when she handed me the bag she says cut in half I said no cut and bite-size pieces she proceeded to roll her eyes at me and tell me no cut in half and when I corrected her for the third time she then rolled her eyes and proceeded to speak to her other coworker in Spanish thinking that I can't understand what she's saying I may not speak Spanish but I sure can understand it!Needless to say I will not be going back to this location to spend my money ever again!
