My Kraut dog was a great choice as i was offered 100%all beef or a sausage dog upgrade for about $1 more I chose all beef and it’s great. This place is billed as worlds largest hot dog chain and paired with tastee freeze ice cream. I went for a ding ding shake and I am in heaven thinking of this up grade over the Hostess® ding dongs on my school lunch box This has all out door seating at 4 stone tables. Order and pick up counter at accessible height. Prices are great here for dogs, chili dogs, cheese dogs, loaded dogs,veggie dogs, and corn dogs and a variety of burgers CocaCola ® products and shoes, floats and freezes. The sits in the busy corner of N Fourth St and Taylor so it might be a bit busy and noisy sitting g st the tables

Cooks don't wear gloves, they get upset & look at you funny if you ask them to remake the order with gloves on because you want hygienic & sanitary food practices.

Be careful ordering. I ordered coke zero because i cant have sugar. I took a sip and immediately noticed its not zero. I tested the sugar content, and its definitely not zero. Machine reads 255. Zero or diet sodas will read low 30' or a low message. I hope they can be more careful on serving food to customers. They can send someone to the hospital because of neglect.

The Chicago dog (generic not beef)got smaller and the prices are higher $13. For small fries n small soda - Amd nobody there at 2:15 and I still had to wait while they poured the cheese bag didn’t even call the cashier so don’t think I will be going back!

Drive thru doesn’t speak English! So they get my order wrong constantly and when I let them know I had questions they didn’t answer they are so rude.

For what it is, wienershnitzel offers a decently tasty product, at fair price. I suggest getting the all beef hot dog, opposed to their normal hot dog. The all beef dog has a superior flavor, for a small upcharge. I would also recommend that you ask for light sauces, as they are a bit heavy handed otherwise. You can ask for free mustard and Catsup on the side, in case it's not enough, but it's a messy proposition removing the extra in your car or while you're driving.
