Very tasty/delicious and reasonable priced Mexican food I have eaten so far near Japantown.
The veggie burrito, enchiladas and tacos were yummy! Mango margarita was lip smacking.
Staff is very friendly and lovely.

La Corona Taqueria is a well-loved spot in town known for its flavorful food, generous portions, and friendly staff at reasonable prices. They serve delicious dishes like quesadillas, albóndigas, and ceviche. Their Chile Verde is especially famous, making it a hidden gem with fantastic service. The flour tortilla, beans, and salsa are all top-notch. The menu features hearty and authentic Mexican fare, with meals like wet burrito with green sauce, enchiladas, chicken flauta, fish tacos, and the Chile rellenos plate. The food is always satisfying, with vibrant flavors and fresh ingredients, including well-seasoned red rice and creamy refried beans. The menudo with pig’s feet offers a bold and authentic experience, with rich broth and tender meat. The restaurant has a family atmosphere, great prices, and excellent quick service. Complimentary chips and salsa are still offered, enhancing the enjoyable dining experience. Giant margaritas are also available to accompany a very full entree. Whether for a quick bite or a hearty meal, La Corona Taqueria is a must-visit for anyone seeking delicious Mexican food and good service.
