You guys need to get rid of the auto- drive thru & the workers need to pay attention to what they put into bag. The drive thru machine messed up when I said medium fry and gave us a small. I decided to just go to window. They lady asked why didn't say at the machine and fix it but I just wanted to go to the window because it way not getting it. She said she can't change it and she will just give me medium fry. Stupid. Prior to that the machine takes too long & there is no screen that shows us the order like McDonalds or Carls Jr does with their auto-drive thru. Also I think we were over charged. They gave us our order and charged us 60.25 for one #1 medium coke chili fry, one #2 medium coke chili fry, two #2s medium coke chili fry. THEY GAVE US NO RECEIPT. So I had to go back and wait even longer. I notice the lady was giving receipts to everyone else but us. Like how do they know the correct amount to refund if something was wrong. And something was wrong especially when I got home which made me even more furious. Glad I have the receipt to prove it and pictures from our actual food too. We had 3 chili cheese fries in our order on the receipt. For some reason we had 1 chili cheese fry & 2 chili cheese bacon thing. We did not order that!!!!!!!! If our order was mostly correct except for our medium/small regular fry, how the heck did they mess up pur chili fries on top of not giving our receipts??!?!?? I think management needs to stop hiring people who can't pay attention have people just do orders regularly. This location does not have a drive-thru digital screen to show items on order real time so there is no sense in the auto-drive thru machine. I think they over charged us to because we wanted regular dogs not all all american beef.

Past couple of weeks, they have new staff, and everything is coming out old and terrible. Old fries Burnt Jalapeño poppers The dipped cones are wrapped in napkins and messy.. Idk what's happening but they need to retrain or rehire NOW
As usual, you can get the same chili cheese dog that you always come for! Everything else is exactly the same as it always has been! Very comforting these days , when so many things we grew up with are disappearing!

All we had was a chili dog, corn dog, and small fry.Just take a look at the other reviews omg these workers don’t care at all giving out moldy food and letting plastic into the food. I’ve never in my life had food poisoning before untill I got food here. Save yourself and your digestive system and go elsewhere.
