Coffee here (cappuccino and lattes specifically) are great, but it seems like the hours on here are incorrect which is frustrating. They do not open at 7am like it says, I came at 9am and they were closed
Attempted to order (off menu) a lavender matcha latte. While they didn't have the lavender syrup, the barista offered to attempt it with the lavender tea they had on hand. The suggestion hit the spot and I think tastes even better than with syrup!
Tldr: very solid specialty coffee and tasty Manresa pastriesAlso included: your brain unable to comprehend this level of quality from a coffee shop inside of a car dealership. Their secret is apparently hiring someone who really knows what they're doing and letting them handle things end-to-end. It's brilliant, really.I just moved back from New York, which has a solid coffee scene and there is almost nothing above moderately ok in this area, especially not in walking...
