JAKE!!! The best server ever! He was very accommodating for my Mom and I who have allergies, he truly went above and beyond with his smile and kindness to make this experience special. Give that man a raise!
Food is good and consistent with Chipotle. Seems like they're training people so service can be a little slower than normal. The tables on occasion look like they need cleaning. They could probably hire another person or 2 to help with cleaning.
I was honestly a bit of an inconvenience to the team during rush hour. I placed a pickup order and silly me, didn’t realize I had selected a later pickup time. I asked if I could cancel it and just wait in line to place a new order, but the app wouldn’t let me cancel or get a refund. Thankfully, the manager was able to accommodate me despite my mistake. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!
