Went in around 11:15am on a Sunday. Parking is easy via free street parking or free nearby parking lot. No problems with seating inside or outside.
Food was great, i had the Dole Pineapple Yogurt (Mini size). It tasted nice and refreshing but also fairly rich and important bit is how it didnt melt quickly.
Service was solid staff were friendly and cleaned up tables as necessary.
