We love going to Willow Street in Willow Glen! The food is always delicious and the staff are fantatic! We've always had delicious meals here and we're amazed how great the staff and waiters are! This is our go-to restaurant.
While looking for another pizzeria, I stumbled upon willow street pizza on a Thursday. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they offered a daily special on lasagna and garlic bread on this day. Thus I took my doggos to go eat here.
I was once again surprised to see they also offered a separate menu for doggos. I purchased for the doggos a 1/4 lb beef patty which they really enjoyed.
The special was incredibly filling and once I had some crushed red peppers to eat with it was very good and more than I initially expected. Besides the special I also purchased a mini pizza and garlic fries from the happy hour menu. The mini pizza was a bit too much dough to toppings but was good. The fries though felt like a good value for their $4 price tag.
Overall, willow street pizza is an excellent place to take doggos to and enjoy pasta and pizzas. I shall come back eventually.
White and textureless pizza ordered takeout
Very friendly place and staff. The wood-fired pizzas are really delicious.
Steak was spot on. Perfectly cooked. Medium rare and juicy. Pizza was flavorful. The service was above par.
Pleasant, casual atmosphere. Good selection of pasta, pizza and salads. I recommend this place for casual dinning.
Great cocktails and service in the bar before dinner. Server Ben provided good dinner recomendations and a fun experience.
Disappointed in the quality of the pizza
We visit the restaurant often, it's a good casual spot with something for everyone. The beverage menu has many beer options and it's nice to have cocktail selections as well. We like it when they have special seasonal menu choices. Service is friendly, efficient and fast.
They sate us at a small table after I made reservations when I asked to move to a bigger table the hostess said no as there was a reservation to sit there. After we ordered at the little table I watched the larger table the whole time and only 2 people were sat at it. Which didn't make sense as we were a larger party with a reservation. The waiter was amazing though so I feel bad even talking about the beginning experience as he made the rest of the meal worth it.

Against my will we ordered the burrata pizza. I didn’t expect to like it but it was unbelievably good!!! Great beers on tap too. Service was great.
Horrible experience, I literally paid $30 for a medium pizza (expecting large) for a combination that they barely gave me any toppings on the pizza... first & last time I will ever order from here, sucks because I wanted to like them...
Pleasant atmosphere and good service, but the burrata-pepperoni pizza was out right terrible. The pizza was very doughy (not remotely wood fired crisp), and the pepperoni tasted like a plant based substitute with no spice. So, so burrata. The romaine side salad was fair, good enough ingredients, but overly bitter dressing for my taste. I am ok with a living wage surcharge if the food is good, but in this case it just added insult to overall terrible food.
As longtime locals, we can always count on Willow Street for a great meal, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. The service was attentive, the food delicious, and the prices reasonable. You really can't beat the location. A neighborhood gem that we definitely recommend!
