Wingstop in San Jose

“Did a delivery order today for 20 pieces classic mix n match. As I recommended it was cooked extra crispy. The delivery was fast and communication was great. 5 stars for the driver who did followed my direction when delivering my order and for messaging me that it’s ready and even took a picture where he left it. I only gave 4 stars for the food because out of the 20 pieces there are only 4 flats, really??? So disappointed when I opened my order. I know they can do better than that.“

“This is truly the best Wingstop location in South San Jose. I usually order to go and by the time I get home my food is still hot. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is usually pretty well kept, and the quality of the food is crave-worthy. They aren’t skimpy on the seasoning and actually give you extra fry seasoning upon request, which is the opposite of what I’ve consistently experienced at other locations. Last time I went there I tried the new smokey chipotle dry rub, and finally gave the hot honey dry rub a try as well, (I regretted only getting a few of the hot honey flavor) both are really good, but hot honey is my new favorite and go to since the elote flavor is gone. Keep up the consistency!“

“This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. Sad to say I'll never choose to spend my money here again and it's all because of the GM onsite 5/31 @ 12pm . “I usually don't go here, in the past I've had their sauced wings and oh boy they are just drowned in it but recently they have a 20 for 20 so came back today.

It's upto the person but their dry rub wings for this price is pretty dang good. Won't say they're better then other stores but for the value is worth it for sure.“

I have had several good interactions with the manager, Robert, and Team here over the past few years and just wanted to drop a review to let him and the team know it is much appreciated. Today was just another example. It cost nothing to be nice to people and when you get that back in return it's a great example of how just being nice can go a long way.“

“Everything was very good and very delicious, except that it took them 25 minutes to deliver my order, well in fact since we placed the order the boy very kindly told me that that was the waiting time at that time, and all the employees worked very fast and non-stop, I think the owner should see that detail so that the service would be a little faster, but I still love everything they sell there. I don't have to recommend it, just go and try the delicious flavors, everything there is finger-licking good.“

“I tried wingstop for the first time. Me being an international student. Wingstop is a really amazing place. I ordered spiciest sauces for my burger and it was really the best. They gave me ranch dip and fresh fries with lemon and pepper seasoning.It is my goto place in sanjose. I ordered the wings for delivery and it was perfect crispy and tastes delicious. It was savoury and was really amazing.Staff here is really friendly and kind and I saw a kid dropped his 2 large sodas and they didn’t say anything and just cleaned it on the spot.I am really excited to go to wingstop again. Really want to try again all the spicy sauce. I think wingstop and Buffalo Wild Wings are almost same. In BWW we have more spicy varieties of sauces. But both the franchisees tastes the same and good.(I tried cajun sauce)Go and try it!!!“

“My daughter really likes the wings here. She really enjoys the buffalo flavor on the wings. The fries are delicious but I love the carrots and celery sticks.

“I usually avoid this type of choice for wings cause they usually are over seasoned or very greasy. I decided to try This location however and I will say it was really good. The wings were seasoned perfectly and not oily or made my stomach sour afterwards. The fries were great as well but only when they are hot. Fries at any place cold aren’t the best. I will definitely come back to only this location if I ever have a craving and I’m close by.“
