Bad service and they last a long time and the girls spend their time gossiping

While I was eating there, this guy who worked there (idk if he was management or what) started yelling at the workers the whole time I was there with a bunch of profanities. It was kind of disturbing to watch and honestly ruined the meal. Chicken was a bit on the dry side too.

Staff need training on hospitality. Cleanliness is not good. No silverware or napkins or sauce/ketchup to be found. Also order ahead is a joke - the food was cold when I reached within the time window they gave.

We ordered 30 wings and 3 chicken sandwiches--all hot and delicious. However, during pick up since we arrived early, we waited and watched the order expedited. While watching the order bagged, we noticed a pile of food left behind, but assumed it could have been another customer. We were handed the bag which had 1 sandwich and 2 wing orders. I asked, "Is this everything?" Without hesitation and full confidence, the customer service rep said, "Yes, that's everything!" and pushed the bag towards us. We opened the bag to check and he looked annoyed that we questioned him when we commented that we're missing items saying, "That's 3 sandwiches and 30 wings all fit in 3 small containers consolidated?" The other order of wings and both sandwiches were just sitting on the other food prep counter. Another associate just took over and verified it, and I asked, "Is that everything now?" while rechecking the bag. She was more efficient, but appeared annoyed we questioned her since we just wanted to look for ourselves as she repeated our order. My kid nephew who is seven said, "Why would they let us walk away without half our food and get mad for asking for it?" I told him they're just understaffed and thanked them. It was such an awkward moment, I hurried him out without grabbing any napkins or condiments, assuming there would be napkins included since wings get messy. Not one napkin, but I guess that's not a thing here at this location to include napkins with take out orders. So, don't forget to grab them when you pick up your order!
